Cabin presents active but unfinished maintenance procedures. Inside there is absolutely nothing to hangs your clothes or what so ever. Mosquito nets are shredded and area is full of them, luckily I had device with me.

Absolutely high level of quality considering installation and premises. Beautiful done, luxury appearance and wonderful position. Cabin was amazing and quiet area made my rest absolutely great.

Theres nothing I didn’t like concerning the property… just wish the Bus from Lakselv Airport made scheduled stops at Min Ája as it does for the Scandic Hotel. Thankfully, the bus driver was kind enough to drop me at Min Ája since its very close to the Scandic Hotel! 😊

Lovely location that over looks the Kárášjohka River valley. Peaceful and calm. Within walking distance of the village/town and the museum, Sámi parliament and other attractions. Friendly helpful staff.

The best cabin I have stayed in my Nordic tour. Wonderful location with view over the river. Warm, clean and nice decor- not usual basic camping style. The kitchen and other facilities were good and clean. The staff were really nice and helpful.

Very warm welcome, lovely cabin perfect for our 3 nights. Small kitchen with everything we needed. Great hiking paths, walk to Sámi Parliament, could relax in the private sauna, play some pool, and admire river views. Highly recommend the facility for cabins, RVs or tent camping.

Nothing was actually bad, maybe a suggestion for a kitchen renewal that feels a bit old compared to the rest of the camping. But to be honest, feels like they already have plans for that.

The small house I was staying in was honestly amazing. Warm, cozy and nicely furnished with the best view possible on the forest and frozen river. It was definitely not crowded in winter so I had time to enjoy silence, nature and relax. The bathroom area is new, clean and perfectly working with hot water. Staff was polite and helpful.

Amazing place just outside of City Center but so close! Nice walking trail even in winter. Nice cosy wooden hytta in a camping park where the owner lives so secure and helpful. Good if travelling with a dog. Top sauna!

Min Ája is a wonderful property perfectly located to balance tranquility and accessibility. Our apartment was spacious and offered lovely views of the river and town. It was well-equipped with excellent amenities, including a coffee machine and dishwasher, and the bathroom was generously sized. The winter views of this town felt like something out of a fantasy story. The manager, Silje, was incredibly helpful. We felt right at home. We had a memorable New Year's Eve watching fireworks from the property and were lucky enough to witness the magical auroras during our stay. If you're ready to embrace the cold ;) we would highly recommend this property and the charming town to visit in winter. There are many activities possible through the property. Hope to return sometime in the future!

The owners were very helpful and welcoming. The cabin was cozy and facilities clean. It was like living in a cozy tent (better than glamping). 20min walk from the centre and main shops and cafes, with beautiful nature at your doorstep.

Nothing. Mosquitos were a problem all around town but that's not the campground's issue.

We stayed in one of the apartments here for a couple of days as we were looking for a break during a long road trip. This proved to be a great spot. It was downstairs in the reception building, so an actual apartment, not a cabin. The fit out was excellent, clean and modern and there were views over the river and town that could be seen from both inside and from the small outdoor deck with private seating area. There was a small amount of noise from reception upstairs but nothing problematic. The kitchen was well equipped with a full size fridge/freezer and dishwasher, so perfect for self-catering. Note: there is no microwave in the apartment but there is one in the camp kitchen about 20 metres away. The bed, bedding and towels were good and there’s an insect screen on one of the windows allowing it to be left open at any time as required. Highly recommended.

This must have been the nicest cottage, I've ever slept in. Very comfortable and clean, the sanitary-building also. One window had a mosquito-net, so when it got warm, it was possible to open the window.

We did not see the information about the prices for all the extras, but maybe it is at the reception.

You can reach the accomandation by car or when you come with the bus from the Scandic hotel bus station by feet. It is more outside but it’s great to relax a bit. We even saw a moose. The campsite looks nice and there are showers and a kitchen. You can also book the sauna or the hot tub for some extra cash. If there are northern lights the sauna or hot tub would be a perfect spot to see them.

That I could only stay one night, because I was stuck at Nordkapp the day before. I would have really liked to stay longer.

This campsite features a very modern common building with perfectly clean toilets and showers and a spacious fully equipped guest kitchen with everything you need. The cottage was amazing: beautiful, spacious, well equipped and extremly cozy. It has place for up to three people which gives it great value for the price. It was already preheated for me on arrival. The campsite is located a bit outside the city in a quiet forest close to the river. However the city (bus terminal, supermarket, attractions) is still easily reachable in a 1 km walk. The site also offers some activities and rental of outdoor equipment. The staff is especially friendly and helpful. I could only stay here for one night even though I originally booked two because I was stuck at Nordkapp the day before. I only had to pay for one night at the end which was actually incredibly nice of the staff! I will definitely come back here some day!
