Just a small thing, check-in took forever because there was only one lady having to deal with a lot of people...

Booked this hotel again just because of the amazing breakfast! I have never seen a selection like this at any hotel before. Also the beds are very comfy.

Parking payment needs improvement. I was charged twice for the last day of my stay (both by the hotel and easypark).

Very enjoyable stay. Clean, well-equipped room. Friendly and helpful staff. The breakfasts were exceptional. High-quality products and large selection of dishes. Quiet neighborhood. Bus stop right next to the hotel. A large shopping center nearby.

Parking is a bit far and comes at extra price - but on the good side, there is space in front of the hotel to load/unload. Not too many restaurants in the area

The toilet seat was loose and wobbly. Told the receptionist but nobody came to fix it during our entire 3-day stay! Ignoring a customer request is subpar for a hotel of this category. No towel for the bathroom floor. One of the minibar peanut bags was already open when we entered the room. Not very hygienic.

Nice hotel close to the city. There is a bus station in front of the hotel. The breakfast was really nice. You can park a car 🚗 in the underground parking near to the hotel for extra charge. There are a lot charging stations in to the parking, but all are really slow.

Very modern hotel not too far from the city center - 6 min by car and 10 min by bus. You can book a parking very close to the hotel - 15€/night (arranged by a hotel). Absolutely great breakfast!!!! Our number one in breakfast category! Close to a supermarket. Great and very helpful staff!

Room was smaller than expected extremely warm unfortunately for the time of our stay the window was hard to excess making it very hard to close the blind the only way was to crawl on the floor. Also on check out we found that they wanted to charge for early check in but we checked in after spesified check in time

Would have preferred metal teaspoons rather than wooden stirrers in our room (deluxe double) It was a bit hot in the room - windows did not open much and no air-conditioning

Breakfast was excellent - great choice, lovely fresh fruit, soya milk readily available, friendly staff Room amenities were good. Hotel was very clean and bed was very comfortable. Great to be able to use fridge in room for our own items. Good to have kettle as well as coffee machine Bus stop to airport very near and convenient

The room was not properly clean, and there is a lack of soundproofing for privacy. Still baffled by the lights switch on the headboard. Very unpractical.

We booked a luxe room for two, but it only had one comfy chair and one desk chair—so we found ourselves competing for the good seat! A couch or two comfortable chairs would have been much better for a room meant for two people. Also, the room was quite warm, and we couldn’t lower the temperature. Opening the window didn’t help much since the heating system would compensate, keeping the room warm.

Had a very comfortable stay at the Clarion Hotel Energy in Stavanger. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of choices. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Also, the underground parking nearby was convenient. Overall, a great experience!
