Rooms need a bit more of a proper clean between stays. It's a bit dusty under beds etc. Nothing that ruins the stay.

Cracking central location. I'd go for the suite to have a seperate lounge and dinning area. Some have a nice view of the mountains!

We had a small flat, enjoyed more space, a fridge and a view. Comfortable beds. Good bathroom.

Hotel located in a central location and easy to find. The rooms are ok with a separate kitchen where you can cook with microwave, stove and oven. No freezer, but there is a fridge. The toilet is good.

Centrally located, close to Storgata pedestrian street and a grocery store right next to it. The room is a bit dated (needs some renovation), but it's functional. The staff is kind and helpful. The luggage room was useful.

Beds too soft ?

We arrived early and fortunately we could store our luggage until the check-in time. There was no bathroom available though... Our room was next to the road and even with closed windows, one could hear a lot. Opening the windows at night was impossible. Fortunately the hotel offered free earplugs, which helped a lot!

The highlight for us was the kitchen. Fully equipped and with a modern stove, we could prepare meals on a daily basis and therefore avoid the expensive restaurants of Tromsø. The room had a lot of space, we felt at home for the days we spent there.

Although the room was clean, they didn't clean it for three days, but they did ask if we needed anything, towels...

The woman at reception was exceptional; she helped us with everything we asked for. Very central and convenient. The kitchen is small but fully equipped. Coffee, cookies, and more are left at reception and in your room.

Basic but good for one night stay. Lacking reception and restaurant, those are provided by other hotels within few minutes walk. On the other hand there was a kitchen in the room. If checking in late, do read the messages from them. You will have to walk to the reception of the other hotel.

You have to wait a while in the shower for the hot water to arrive.

This is a great hotel option if you want to cook your own food and be in the center of Tromsø. There is a closed city parking lot and a shop nearby. Comfortable bed, decent kitchen. The rooms have a radiator and the curtains on the windows keep out the light in the summer.

The bed (pillow top on mattress) was too soft. The mattress on top of the two single bases moved to the side during the night and hubby almost fell off the bed. There's no freezer compartment in the fridge - not helpful as we carry freezer blocks and a small esky for self-catering. Knives we're in a basket (with other utensils) on the top shelf in the cupboard above the sink - dangerous when reaching up to take the basket down - user warning, beware, knives could slip out! A magnetic knife holder on the kitchenette wall would solve the problem.

Perfect location in Tromso. Whilst rather dated the room had everything we needed for a short stay. Being able to self-cater is a bonus.

Just situated in the city centre. Everything is just within walking distance. Supermarket is just next door. Full kitchen facilities are provided. Free laundry is also available. Staff are nice and helpful.
