We used it as a last minute option due to a ferry cancellation. Arrived after midnight. It was a room with private shower in a 4 room complex. Good breakfast.

Fine for 1 night as a stopover before boarding the ferry in Kristiansand but not very comfortable. We were 3 in a tiny room.

Breakfast was simple in the bad way. Not much to choose from, just the utter most basic of regular Norwegian breakfast food.

It's nice and simple. This can be a plus if you only really need a bed for the night(s).

We were 5 families travelling together and made booking together. But we did not get rooms close to each other.

We were to start early morning before the breakfast time, so staff was flexible enough to provide us a packed breakfast the night before our travel.

Very small beds, no necessities in the bathroom. Very damp and hot rooms. Beds are very uncomfortable. I don't understand how this is 3 stars. Should be just a little above hostel level. Only got it because everything was full. It is also very expensive. You can get a much better room in the center in a normal hotel.

Lighting in the room is pretty grim. Low-cost partition walls. No soap in the shower.

Clean and comfortable, good for a simple overnight due to a late flight for a work trip. Looks like more facilities and an active environment to explore. Looked particularly suitable for families on a budget. Lots of space.

Room was stuffy and bathroom dirty. Toilet seat was sticky so I cleaned it myself. Beds were tiny and not very comfortable. Would have left if we didn’t have to stay for 4 hours

Bit warm in the rooms at night, but survivable. We were otherwise really happy with our stay.

Placement to Lristiansand Zoo and that it was central to other things like center if Town snd shopping centte called Sørlandssenteret. Good price with ok breakfast buffet included. Lovely area ans possibilities for activities like Frisbee golf, beach Willenhall, football, and more. Access to kitchen facilities by our room so we could make our own dinners and food packs.

Very overpriced for basic student accommodation. Very noisy. Thin walls and lots of young teens and small kids making noise all around the area. Whoever owns this accommodation is clearly making a fortune year-round. Young families are looking for a place to stay close to Kristiansand during the summer and students looking for accommodation during term time. Both groups paying a high rate for what they get in return - basic and quite poor accommodation. Overall, I'd say this is a money-making machine for someone rich who would never stay in these facilities themselves. Young staff doing their best for probably low-rate pay. The labels and signs were not put on the breakfast items they belonged to, so who knows what is in those big pots various of white yoghurts etc. Kitchens were useful to have near the rooms for making tea etc but noone keeping an eye on the facilities to tidy up. bathroom facilities were outdated and felt quite poor. Prices should be lower per night for these very basic rooms.

Young staff, probably students. Doing their best. Kept it clean and doing their jobs well. Breakfast was quite good with bread, jams & family favourites.
