Nice waterside hotel. Plenty of parking and a secure bike store with charging. Comfortable room, good evening food (choice of buffet or a la carte) and breakfast. Have stayed before and would again.

The room was nice and spacious. The balcony and the view was excellent. I always enjoy the rainwater shower. The bathroom was clean.

Beautiful location right on the waterfront, comfortable rooms. Restaurant at the hotel was excellent. Excellent cycle storage.

Noise from outside the room as the wedding party and band from the hall on the opposite of the courtyard departed.

Storage area for cycles was very good, but would have been improved a little if stands for bikes, like ours, that are not fitted with a stand had been provided. The setting, beside the water, was lovely. Sitting outside, enjoying a beer after a long day's cycling made for a perfect end to the day! A short walk into the town was well worthwhile and very interesting.

My bedroom was very dated and tired but the bathroom looked like it had been updated fairly recently. The general decor was not that great in the foyer and on the landing. As well. Could definitely do with quite a bit of updating. I had dinner there as well and the food was rather disappointing and quite over priced for what I had. Breakfast choice was also a little limited unfortunately.

The rooms are a bit dated and the breakfast selection could be better. But otherwise eveything is great.

The rooms are clean and large. The view is great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I would recommend this to other people.

We were woke up by the noise of renovation work in the hotel at around 7:30 a.m. and that was annoying.

We were in the second building with not a nice view. The charging box for the car is very slow (only 6 kw).

The staff were indifferent to the point of rudeness. The receptionist ignored us for the first few minutes of arrival and then hurriedly checked us in without telling us about facilities, no mention at all of the pool closure. The restaurant staff ignored us completely. We walked in and sat down passing several of them without even a ‘hi’. I think it was supposed to be table service, but we waited and ended up going to the bar ourselves to ask for a beer and we were given Heineken without any questioning if that was the one we wanted. Breakfast was the same, no information about the fresh cooked eggs or pancakes. We were on the way back from Norway so had plenty of service to compare with. We went out for dinner, there are some really good restaurants a short walk away.

The location was stunning. We had a room facing the water - it was clean, spacious, with a large terrace on which we could sit and watch the barges and wildlife. Breakfast was good and tasty, had we known we could have had fresh eggs cooked for us while we watched .

It was a beautiful location.The dining rooms had great atmosphere. Breakfast was excellent. The room was spacious and had a great balcony overlooking the river. The bed was comfortable. Easy parking.
