The mattress could use some attention as it was pretty soft and not that comfortable.

The room was very spacious and with good aesthetics. Plus the bathtub was a great feature. The location was excellent, being both quiet and a short walk away from the bustling city centre. We would gladly stay here again.

The staff was very attentive and ready to provide all the necessary support. The hotel is located in the city center, close to the main points of interest. Although the room had a minimalist design, it was very comfortable. We had a very pleasant stay

- The 4 person room has one large bedroom with two double beds next to one another. I don't know who this is designed for but we found it a weird choice. - Decorating priorities were also puzzling: Designer toilet seats, but toilet paper just sitting on the floor. TVs fitted behind mirrors, but one bathroom with a loose pipe where a shower/washing machine had been uninstalled. Luxury taps but super cheap toaster. Balcony with four dining chairs but no table.

great studio, location was excellent, the studio is well designed , great furniture, it was pleasant to relax there after a full day of biking . The staff gave us good advice on where to store the bikes safely at night .

Great light filled Studio Apartment, that surprised us along the access to a great open yard space. Very enjoyable in that we had no stairs to navigate. Great location where you could walk to most things.

Did not get a friendly welcome from the individual at reception - we were slightly late than the time of arrival that we had stated due to traffic and we got a ‘telling off’ and eye roll because of this. It would also be helpful as use of the pool is advertised, to have details of ‘when’ we could use the pool as it was impossible to access it when we were there due to classes and closure times.

We found the beds to be soft and floppy. They were Auping (the same brand as we have at home) but the model in the hotel felt like lying on loose, soft pillows.

I absolutely hated the fact that I had to get up 4 stairs in order to even get to the room.. Then upon entering the room there was yet another stair. Even to get to the bed there was a stair. Honestly, even with the smallest suitcase that's just an unwanted work-out. The inside of the building is quite modernized, so even if the structure is old: there is nog excuse not to built a lift! The other thing I wasn't a fan of: the almost hospital-sterile vibe of the hotel. Sure, minimalism is great, but the vibe in the room was just lifeless. There is also a student house close by: I had to ask them to please stop being so loud, because I couldn't sleep from the noise.

Didn't see any personnel, but honestly had great online communication with them before arriving. Very friendly and helpful staff! Was able to check myself in just fine, after check-in hours. Entrance was made easy thanks to clear instructions. Liked the cleanliness of the hotel. Linens and towels were clean. Bed was big enough and comfy. The entire room was quite big actually, with a separate bed area - which was nice! The automatic blinds to fully shut out daylight also made for a proper night rest. Hotel is in a good location: only a 2-3 minute walk to the heart of the city center and across some amazing restaurants.

Excellent location, near the river and shopping/restaurants etc. Super chic design - very spacious room and comfortable. No breakfast but many nice cafes/options nearby. Would definitely stay again.

Stairs can be an issue for some travelers. If you have a large suitcase, inquire about an accessible studio or room.
