25 euro for parking per day !!!! is a robbery. The receptionist at checking... was what we call in UK .. bit arrogant... we are also staff of a very big UK hotel chain... I would say to him do not judge a book by the cover.. AS HOTEL GUEST YOU AT LEAST WOULD EXPECT TO be able to PARK YOU CAR FOR FREE OR WITH A FRIENDLY DISCOUNT WE feel punished for the wrong decision of hotel managenent to build a hotel on Airport Ground The Toilet was inside not spick and span white...but inside greyish... The house keeping most probably have not used bleach...or never heard of bleach To borrow a plate and cutlery seems very difficult.... The reception front office could not really provide information us how to get to Rotterdam City Centre apart from bus number 33....and was not really bothered to offer alternatives at least give telnrs of local taxi services ...RTC ???

When out of room the Toilet facilities are quite far to get to as down flight of stairs and very desolate, separate from restaurant and bar.

Bed especially, pillows really comfortable and room very spacious! Staff at restaurant very friendly and food very tasty!

Excellent location for overnight stay before picking car rental up the following morning. Just 2 minutes walk from airport terminal. Very clean and comfortable and good sports bar to watch the football.

We were a bit slow on check-out. Got a call just 10 minutes past check-out time asking when we intended to check out, as checkout time was at 11AM and it's already past check-out time. Felt a bit berated. Obviously we were at fault, but I think that it could've been handled in a more gracious manner. Especially since the hotel was mostly empty and it didn't seem to have impacted their cleaning schedule just yet. It took away from an otherwise perfect stay.

Modern room. Quiet, even though I had a direct view of the runway. Very comfy overall. Perfect for staying after a late flight and continue your itinerary on the next day.

surly staff, poor dinner service (food came quickly but long waits for waiting staff to take orders and clear away plates). booked twin and got double. arrived late and went for quick drink. Senior barman was rude and refused us a drink. shouted we are closed. there were still people in the bar. this was 11.15pm. Hotel advertises closure at midnight. Next evening the young barman however was friendly and polite.

Parking cost! Extra chargers for early check-in, even if you require late check-out for an hour (hotel wasn't full). We felt like every single service was based on money.

I had no major problems or dislikes with this hotel.

The hotel was in a perfect location for an overnight stay and was right next door to Rotterdam Airport. (it was quite literally across the road from the hotel!) There was even a bus that you could get right outside the metro station that was for the airport that took you right up to the hotel! As you come in the doors to the hotel there is a departures board on the wall on the right hand side. This is very handy to check to see if your flight is on time or delayed. Directly across the road from the hotel there is a 24/7 shop were you can buy food and drinks to take back to the hotel with you. As for the hotel staff and the room, The hotel staff were great and were very friendly and helped me with what ever I needed to know. The room itself was great, I didnt have any complaints about it. It was great for a short stay. The room itself was spacious, and the bed was conformable and big. In the bathroom the shower was great, It had great water pressure and was easy to control. Breakfast itself was great as well, All the food and drink was laid out in a systematic order so you could work your way round the room picking what you wanted. All in all it was a great stay here. I would sum up the hotel and interior as cozy and inviting. I would recommend staying here if you will be on a very early flight out or if you want to minimize the travel time (or disruptions) getting to Rotterdam airport in the first place.

The bed was not good and the bedside area was not clean.

The room was not clean properly, I found dirt and a spot on the bedside area. Not added breakfast. The room was okay but Bad smell.
