Excellent and comfortable stay in a lovely homey hotel. The rooms are small, but cute and spotless. The villa has a lot of character and is very well maintained. Just 5 min walk from the center of Valkenburg.

Friendly staff. Cozy atmosphere. Great location in town. We enjoyed the breakfast which is included: cheese, meat, bread and eggs. We slept well in the cozy beds. The small room was perfect for us, we were just sleeping there. We enjoyed Valkenburg as well and want to return.

The bathroom was exceptionaly small. Fine for a short stay.

The house is super cute, especially the breakfast area, and the owner is very friendly and helpful. We had to leave early, before the normal breakfast time, so she prepared breakfast for us in advance.

It was inconvenient that the toilet was placed too close to the radiator.

Was a large breakfast, more than adequate. It was very thoughtful of the owner to inquire about our preferences and we enjoyed the unlimited access to tea or coffee. We appreciated the homely feeling of this property since there was a common room for all the residents to gather and engage in activities like playing board games or reading. Certainly one to go back!

Very good location with a 5 min walk from the center of Valkenburg. Very cute, cosy and clean accommodation. Breakfast is also very good!

Our (2p) stay was perfect. At arrival we were greeted with coffee and received some information about the area (restaurants, etc). We were by train (10min walk). Breakfast is also a nice experience! It is possible to make some lunch for when you start hiking/biking in the gorgeous nature around. (Eg. Heuvellandpad or a mix of Pieterpad and pilgrim pad). It is also possible to make some tea/coffee and to take to to your room. Also, if you need anything you can ask for it. Only remark might be however I do think the room could be a bit small if you come with a lot of luggage. For a few days it should be perfect! (unless you always travel with big suitcases ,😉). Would really recommend Villa Warempel as a place to stay in Valkenburg! The positive energy of the hosts are contagious 😃.

Noise from front door being slammed shut was a bit annoying, specially in the early morning. Pillows were a little bit to soft But these are minor things No real issues worth complaining about.

The location was perfect. Walking distance to Valkenburg Centre and all attractions. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Amazingly cozy and loved the balcony in our room. Very clean and bed was comfortable. Room was nice and toasty. Breakfast was delicious. Def a gem of a place

The welcome was lovely . Breakfast was good The room was very small. Ok it was a b&b in Holland, but you couldn’t turn around and there was no room for luggage or toiletries in the bathroom. No TV or Wi-Fi.

It is not very private at all. You can clearly hear the people talk in the other rooms. Room was very small. I had the room with the small balcony in the past. That was nice but now I had a smaller room with a lot less atmosphere. Beds are also not very comfortable. All in all it ruined our experience. The building is also undergoing a major renovation of which there was no mention at all.

Proximity to the city center is excellent. Parking is convenient.
