The only small downside is that you need a car to get to the center of Valkenburg, but it’s just an 8-minute drive, so it’s hardly an issue.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this bed and breakfast! The room was exceptionally spacious and beautifully modern, with every little detail thoughtfully taken care of — from soft bathrobes and extra pillows to plenty of fresh towels. It really felt like a home away from home. The garden was another highlight: large, well-kept, and perfect for our daughter to run around and play safely on the grass. It's a peaceful and relaxing space for both kids and adults alike. Breakfast was a real treat. The buffet was rich and varied, and the lovely lady managing the place went the extra mile by offering us freshly prepared eggs — a personal and much-appreciated touch. Overall, an amazing place with warm hospitality and great attention to detail. We highly recommend it and would gladly return!

Location is excellent to visit the various Christmas markets, town center and wellness. Breakfast was superb quality and hosts were very friendly and helpful. For sure, we will return in Summer to go hiking or cycling in the environment.

Friendly host. The breakfast was ample with both hot and cold offerings. The room was large and clean with good WIFI. Secure parking. The property is only a few minutes drive from Valkenburg where there are an abundance of restaurants. Nothing to complain about.

You really do need a car.

The room was ultra clean. Breakfast was excellent. Eggs were prepared fresh and done to taste. The home made marmalade was a surpirse.

No negative points! A small common area could be useful, but only because we were travelling with a baby and didn't want to disturb him after going putting him to bed, which is a specific case of course.

It was fantastic to have a room with a kitchen (fridge, microwave, sink and many amenities) which made it very comfortable for our 1 year old. Very nice touches for the interior, and luxurious bathroom. Thank you for the special baby haircut treatment!

Fantastic B&B, 25 minutes downhill walk into Valkenburg (bus back 2 stops). We had breakfast on the beautiful garden terrace. Very clean, stylish and very comfortable beds. Great breakfast and hospitable owners.

The pictures made it seem like it was a separate apartment, not a room on the 2nd floor. It was lovely though and we really enjoyed our stay.

The breakfast was delicious with lots of choices (ex. gluten free bread) and very filling. The hosts were wonderful and welcoming. The room was well designed with a nice kitchen that had a modern coffee maker, refrigerator. Very pretty views of the countryside.

i was unaware that the facility was just in the confines of the town with domestic accommodation on either side.

The room was clean and had the benefit of a small kitchenette. The bedside tables were a little too small to accommodate everything that was needed in the night. easy access by car into the local town which had excellent eating places. An excellent breakfast was provided.
