Corridors were not renovated. No pool. Staff was not so pleasant, more cold. AC made loud noise so we changed the room. In the second room Sink drain was blocked upon arrival and not noticed by the maid throughout our stay.

Rooms were spacious size and modern, comfortable beds, AC, balcony. Hotel design is nice. It has parking facilities right in front of the hotel Location is close to Lisse, Leiden, Noordwijk by car. Has a lovely terrace outside.

I didn't like the layout of the bedroom, the sliding shower door didn't work, also the toilet has transparent glass and the shower too, no privacy. The doors were wonky and heavy to operate. The shower head was massive, however inefficient. Why would have a shower head that big and no water pressure or water going everywhere apart from your head/body? The smaller hand shower could not be set to any height and it was wobbly. So, my experience with shower/toilet was quite bad.

There were at least 4 bugs in our room for a two night stay. We didn’t mind them but do be aware. We were waiting a half hour after check in time for our room and when we got in the room you could tell they rushed to clean up. I’m sure for the time they had to clean it they did a great job. Overall happy with the stay!

Location was kind of out of the way for looking at tulips. But we rented a bike through the hotel - which was super easy- and did the tulip tour. They do have packages, didn’t see that until after we booked. Stayed in north suite, had the sauna and balcony which was super nice to relax.

Customer service could definitely be improved overall. Some of the junior staff would benefit from additional training to ensure guests are treated with professionalism and respect. I experienced an unfortunate incident where an employee ran after me, insisting I hadn’t paid. When I explained that I had, she replied dismissively, “No you didn’t,” without checking first. I later showed her the receipt. This kind of interaction is unacceptable. Housekeeping also needs improvement. One day, no one came at all, and on the other days it appeared the room was barely touched. Dust accumulated on all surfaces throughout my 3-night stay, and the beds, towels, and shower area were poorly maintained. Lastly, though less critical, the TV is outdated and lacks smart features, which could be improved for a better in-room experience

The Ozzo sushi restaurant is outstanding, and the overall dining and drinks options are very good. The sauna area and gym are excellent. The room was spacious, and I appreciated that it could comfortably accommodate an additional bed for a child. Lastly, the parking area is large, with plenty of EV chargers available. Location is very convenient to access Keukenhof, Linnaeushof and Leiden by car.

Unfortunately the lift broke down frequently. Husband with dodgy knees suffered a bit climbing the stairs.

Great location for visiting Keukenhof gardens the reason for our visit. The hotel itself was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. All staff very friendly & helpful. Chef was great in providing great safe gluten free meals

It is not near downtown so couldn't walk around wo taking uber. I knew it was located outside which was fine for our quick visit. The suites are located at the end of a long hallway. Not a big deal. Also, the lighting in room was too dark in areas w low lighting.

Stayed in suite-reasonably priced, spacious room. Cafe in lobby was cute. Two restaurants onsite. Enjoyed dinner. Did not eat breakfast during our stay. Had quick snack in cafe. Close to train station. A balcony overlooking canal. 20 mins via uber to Keukenhof. 5 min train to Leiden.

A Room Service guide for example on the table — explaining how to order food and other useful information and complimentary water would be a nice touch for a 4-star hotel.

The hotel needs renovation, but overall it left a good impression. The rooms are spacious, clean, with a comfortable bed and a large balcony. From my balcony, there was a view of a courtyard where hares would run around in the evenings — a truly charming sight.

- Need more toys for small kids in the game room.

- Nice location for a tulip, dune and beach trip. Walking distance to train station. - Bicycle rentals are possible on site through third party. There are fitness centre incl. sauna room, game room, bar& restaurant, vending machine & mini shop. Cosy and convenient. - Luggage can be stored at reception for early arrival. - Room is spacious and clean. Bed is comfortable. - Staffs are friendly.

The finish to some of the fixtures and fittings, e.g. ceiling lights, was poor. Breakfast buffet very limited.

It felt family Friendly and then had adult only rooms and had a casino. Made me a little uncomfortable but whatever.

We stayed in a suite that was beautiful and had so many comforts. Was easy to get to so many places from there. Location was great. 15 minutes to Schipol. 30 minutes to downtown The Hague. It was great.

The free Wifi was max 1.5 Mbps. Mostly under 1 Mbps. For todays standards a bit on the low side. Streaming video requires a minimum of 5 Mbps. Also the tv on our room had no chromecast or equivalent.

The lighting in the room was very poor, makes it hard to work and read in the evening in the room. Breakfast was very avarage.

Free parking, very big hotel with a lot of facilities, the room was spotless clean, staff was helpful and smiling.

There is also a casino at the premises.. I know it might be important especially for us business people but in my case i tend to avoid anything to do with gambling.

the room was spacious with nice balcony looking at a small pond with ducks fish but unfortunately some mosquitoes as well. the days were hot so mosquitoes could not be avoided. The bed were very comfortable and in general the room offered all the facilities of a five star hotel. The breakfast was very rich in various aspects all kinds of food for all tastes.Chef was present to prepare at side fried eggs scramble eggs and any personal request possible.

Perhaps linen should be changed at the beginning of every third day. Also sleepers should be standard.

Cozy and with very positive ambience. The hotel has prospects for 5* rating. It is a matter of some touches. Breakfast was very nice and so was the bed. Spacious rooms! All very good.

my father lost the battery charge in the room, but they said they did not find it.

colleague help very quick once tereas door broke and also give us gift, we feel very welcome and nice people they have.
