Wonderful huge room with a balcony. Outstanding pool. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great bar area and impressive buffet breakfast. Easy walk to the metro.

Steam room was not working. Slightly disappointing. But the awesome pool made up for it.

Superb view over the city. Floor to ceiling window. Luxury bath and shower. Amazing space. The pool and sauna were amazing The hotel is used by football teams... Need we say more?

The hotel is modern with beautiful minimalistic design with all the amenities and comforts needed. The room was very clean and comfortable. Lovely shower. Breakfast was very good with large selection of hot and cold foods. Service was friendly and attentive without being too much.

The location is a little out of the way but the station shuttle and ability to hire bikes made up for it.

An incredible experience. The wellness centre on the top floor is really amazing, the food in the restaurant is world class, the staff were wonderful and the interior design and attention to detail is really beautiful.

The beds, please do something about them, they move apart way to often.. every time we had to get up and push them back together….

Perfect option for a weekend getaway if you are traveling by car and want to explore the Hague or Delft. Breakfast was amazing - so much choice. Loved the design of the rooms, the shower was great and we had a bathtub in our room, balcony as well. The swimming pool and saunas were also great. Free parking on site with plenty of space.

The mirror at the sink is useless for shaving - it’s too far away. The square pillows were too small but to be fair other types of pillow were on offer I think. THE COST OF WATER IN THE RESTAURANT (ground floor) WAS SCANDALOUS- 6.50euro for a JAR OF WATER!!!!!! Yes 6.50 euros for about 4 glasses of TAP WATER. WHAT A RIP OFF. Hence we didn’t buy any other drinks. Food and breakfast very good.

Very smart and superb wellness facilities (but unlike neighbouring Germany swim-ware was mandatory in sauna). Great views from the wellness area in 16th floor. We had a room with a south facing balcony which was excellent for sunbathing.

There's moss on the balcony and you can see people on neigboring balconies and they can see in parts of your room, so it's not the best for privacy. If you're not a smoker the room with balcony isn't worth it. The location is definitely not walkable, there's not much nearby. You need a car, bike or similar to get around. Service at the hotel lobby bar is sometimes very slow and unreliable.

Very limited number of hangers, no hangers for trousers. I could not locate electrical plugs at the desk and had to plug my computer to the bedside plug. Only one hook for bath towels, whereas the room is for 2 people. How can guests reuse towels if there is no place to hang them?

Unfortunately the sauna options were not available, they were not turned on when we wanted to use them at 9 o'clock in the morning
