We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The hotel is modern with beautiful minimalistic design with all the amenities and comforts needed. The room was very clean and comfortable. Lovely shower. Breakfast was very good with large selection of hot and cold foods. Service was friendly and attentive without being too much.

An incredible experience. The wellness centre on the top floor is really amazing, the food in the restaurant is world class, the staff were wonderful and the interior design and attention to detail is really beautiful.

LuxembourgPerfect option for a weekend getaway if you are traveling by car and want to explore the Hague or Delft. Breakfast was amazing - so much choice. Loved the design of the rooms, the shower was great and we had a bathtub in our room, balcony as well. The swimming pool and saunas were also great. Free parking on site with plenty of space.

United KingdomThe mirror at the sink is useless for shaving - it’s too far away. The square pillows were too small but to be fair other types of pillow were on offer I think. THE COST OF WATER IN THE RESTAURANT (ground floor) WAS SCANDALOUS- 6.50euro for a JAR OF WATER!!!!!! Yes 6.50 euros for about 4 glasses of TAP WATER. WHAT A RIP OFF. Hence we didn’t buy any other drinks. Food and breakfast very good.
Very smart and superb wellness facilities (but unlike neighbouring Germany swim-ware was mandatory in sauna). Great views from the wellness area in 16th floor. We had a room with a south facing balcony which was excellent for sunbathing.

SloveniaThere's moss on the balcony and you can see people on neigboring balconies and they can see in parts of your room, so it's not the best for privacy. If you're not a smoker the room with balcony isn't worth it. The location is definitely not walkable, there's not much nearby. You need a car, bike or similar to get around. Service at the hotel lobby bar is sometimes very slow and unreliable.
