We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

ItalyOk, I've been here several times, what we find all the times is a very "serious" reception.. I do not recall a single smile provided by the receptionist ever. Anyway the hotel is awesome, 5 min of check in and check out, even if it's not pleasefull, it's not a big deal ;)
The best of this place is definately the restaurant, good the food, good the service, everything is working very well

EstoniaIt is not that important but I noticed that the TV was a small old-type analog-TV, no modern IPTV services, apps, Netflix, etc. It wasn't problem for us bot some guests maybe expect more nowadays.
The room was spacious with good view to neighbouring pond. Big bathtube and modern shower added comfort. Choice of food for breakfast was good. The hotel offered transfer service and the city bus stop is not far either.

SwedenToilet is separated from the bathroom and there is no possibility to wash your hands in it, you need to go to the bathroom, which is not good. No mini bar, even no water in the fridge.
The room was nice and comfortable, facing the water canal . Comfortable bed, toiletries, coffee machine. Breakfast was very good , the restaurant is good as well. Location is good for travelling by car , area around is nice for walking.

NetherlandsBike parking was a bit of a fiasco. On our second day of stay with expensive racing bikes we were told we couldn’t put them in our room. We were given horrible directions to the storage area, even after clarifying where it was. Thankfully they were still there in the morning. A bit disappointing though, as it soured the entire experience.
