An exceptional stay at this really nice hotel. Staff were excellent going well beyond our needs and cant praise them enough especially the Restaurant manager.

The waiter made a mistake on the bill and we paid erroneously the bill for another table which was double price. When we figured out the mistake, the waiter didn't even apology and we had to write an e mail to the hotel to be refunded. The restaurant (mainly the tables and seats) could be cleaner..

The location looks out to a main motorway, however there was no sound from the road and other views out the windows were to green forested areas. In the room we were given, the toilet is separate from the bathroom on the other side of the hotel room, so you'd have to walk down a small hall and around the bed to wash your hands. The shower room also didn't have a door, so those would be two design features I'd change. I believe our meal was not inputted properly into the kitchen for dinner, as we waited over an hour for food, not ideal with a child! The waitress apologised, but a discount on the food would have been a nice touch.

This hotel was incredible! Staff was helpful and friendly, the common areas were tastefully decorated and elegant. We loved the wellness area and pool, and the meals (dinner and buffet breakfast) were incredible! My son also loved the kids play area during dinner. There is an outdoor bike shed (locked) for bike storage, and views from the top floor are fab. Lots of parking, and pretty walking/cycling tracks around. We also loved the closeness to the airplane museum.

Didn't like having two single beds pushed together with two single duvets. Uncomfortable.

Close to airport, nice big room, good wifi, food and service in the restaurant was excellent. Very cool roof top bar serving cocktails.

The rooms needed lamp light or small lights.

I enjoy the decoration, the view, everything was clean, perfect.

The mattress was too soft for my liking and the WC has a sensor for the light which you cannot turn off, so if you need to go to the WC in the middle of the night there is no avoiding the light coming on.

Breakfast is very varied and good. Location is good close to the motorway (you can't hear it from the room though). Plenty of parking and when you have registered the numberplate it is very straightforward to come and go without any hassle (I stayed for 3 nights and was constantly leaving/arriving). The room was clean and go good size. Wifi is good and free and does not require registration.

When extending the stay for one more night, the room price had more than doubled for the second night, for the reason the hotel was almost fully booked.

A place known to me for it's high quality of service, nice, cozy rooms, great restaurant and an awesome breakfast buffet ! The staff was very friendly and respectful. A good value for money.

- There was no separate switch for the bedside lamp; all lights turned on simultaneously. - The coffee order in the lobby took half an hour to arrive.

I was very pleased during the entirety of my visit.

One of the best hotels i've ever stayed. Great facilities (pool, sauna, gym, wellness, rooftop bar). Kind staff and wonderful room! I also had dinner in the restaurant (3-course dinner with wine). Which was absolutely fantastic. The staff deserves a huge compliment. Breakfast was amazing! This has been one of the best hotels i've every spend the night. I'd love to visit again next year!

Position of the toilet with no wash basin. But we acknowledge it can’t be changed. A rack for small laundry and towels and a small chest of drawers under the table to put small things as well as a chair from which one can work on the table.
