NetherlandsWish there was a kettle to make tea in the room. To use the coffee maker to make tea just doesn’t work well and makes for horrible tea and taste. That is a shame for such a well appointed room.
Conveniently located hotel close to Enschede and Hengelo. Beds were extremely comfortable and the room was well appointed. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Restaurant on premises is a plus.

The room was very spacious and well decorated. The bathroom as well. Breakfast buffet was very generous and staff attentive. We had dinner twice at the hotel restaurant and the meals we ordered were excellent.

FinlandYou're employee charged us wrong rate at breakfast on our first day eventhough he asked if we are staying at hotel and took our room numbers he still charged us visitor prices. on other mornings the staff, different persons, charged the correct amount listed at your webpage. Not a biggie but it's still something about respecting your customers and being honest.
Possibility to opt out from the room service and save nature. Appreciated. Everything works, great hotel, great experience. Will book again while visiting Enschede.

South AfricaOnly thing that wasn't to our liking was the bed. We has two single beds pushed together which made the mattress sag towards the middle. Wasn't that comfortable to sleep on. Not a deal breaker.
Great location, easy to access. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was great. Exceptional breakfast, comes highly recommended. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!
