Due to the bad weather, the roads within the property were filled with water. There was no proper drainage system for the rain water. My car got stuck in the dirt and needed to be towed out. Many thanks to the technical help. Also the sliding door in our bungalow had problems. The one time I used it, it came off and needed a fix just around midnight.

The property was spacious with good internet and TV connections. The indoor swimming pool and speeltuinen were fun.

Mosquitoes were not a welcomed surprise

The ground were beautiful and lush, great for a lazy stroll, cycle, e-buggy or boat ride down the Regge River. Lots of families which was nice for the kids. Place felt safe and well maintained. The little shop was useful, but there’s also a Lidl and an Aldi a short drive away. We also drove into Amsterdam, Rotterdam and The Hauge whilst there; each trip took about two hours by car. Would have been very expensive by train. Lots of fun to be had on site, so a great place to spend time during the summer.

It would have been nice to have a bit more information on whether there were barbecue facilities, what would be needed in the house, like dishwasher liquid, drying cloths. The toilet seat was off on one of the toilets, and the water kept running. The bunk beds did creak, but I think it's more for kids than adults. Perhaps it would have helped to state that the 8-person house is specifically up to 4 adults and 4 children. They were otherwise comfortable enough. Could have done with something to stop the flies coming in.

Loved how it catered for kids and the variety of activities and accommodation. They even had the camping cot, board games, puzzles, a big teddy bear. They also had cleaning equipment in the house to clean up the floor, which is great when you have a toddler. There are loads of various playgrounds for kids. The area is beautiful. Very clean and well organised. Would recommend to anyone. I wish we could have stayed longer than 3 nights.

No comfort , a thin matras. Smels like molt and so dirty. I asked them to clean 4 times and they said they did but wenn I looked they didn’t have done anything. In the corners was dirt from I guess as old as this cabin was.

Communication was really bad. They don’t allow dogs - even ir says upon request. I asked 3 times if we can bring our dogs and they only replied on my last message 2 days before check in that no. They ask deposit, which was not mentioned and few hours before check in they called that they havent received deposit, which I wasn’t aware of. Now I have to wait who knows how long that I will get my deposit back. They say up to 10 business days. Why it should be the maximum? Why you cant do that faster? A lot of room for improvement in service.

The house is quite big, have sauna, hot tub, a lot of bedrooms, nice living room, outdoor tables, many offers many activities in the park.

Perfect location for a relaxed and romantic getaway. Facilities of the wellness cottage were very good. Cottage is a bit bigger than it seems on the pictures, so we were pleasantly surprised. The view over the river and fields was beautiful.

Bathrooms could be more modern and in the bathroom upstairs there was no washbasin. You had to go to another room (slapkammer) and wash your hands there. Necessities like toilet paper or soap to wash hands should be available from the property. In the double bed rooms there were no closets to put clothes up. We were there only for two days so it wasn’t a problem but people staying there a week shouldn’t have to live from the luggage for the whole stay.
