The sleeping rooms are dark but ok.

The appartment is close to the beach. The Wlan is good. There is a dedicated parking for the appartments, left of the appartmentbuilding . The kitchen is equipped for basic needs. The host is friendly and helpful. On the way to the appartment you have to cross a barrier. When you transmit your registration plate in advance, they will open automaticly, otherwise you have to tell the receptionist there you intend to go.

We had to park quite a distance from the property. The apartment felt quirky and a bit dated with small bedrooms with very little light. But for one night stay before our ferry crossing it was ideal. The windows were at ceiling height so we were unable to reach to close or open as needed.

Perfect overnight stop for the ferry port. The staff were very kind and accommodating. Everything was very clean. The beds were comfortable..

The Wifi was not always on, this can be improved.

Small bathroom for 4 people, unfortunately there was a problem with the hot water, so no hot water to shower in the morning, nor did the heating work at some times

It was quite cold in the apartment and the bathroom was quite small, but that's not really bad.

It was really great that we had a baby chair, we got a toolbox to repair our stroller and we were allowed to keep our room free of charge on the day of departure until the departure of our ferry to the UK. In addition, the landlady was always approachable and super nice. The location to the beach is absolutely amazing.

Everything was brilliant!. Exactly as described and a stunning location only a very short walk from the beach and Hook of holland town. Perfect for commuting into Holland and easy access to trains and public transport (Close ish to Stella line ferry port). Only cost 10 Euro for an Uber from the ferry to the apartmen or around a 1.5mile walk Apartment and site was super clean! Staff were brilliant and very helpful and friendly 100% we would stop here again!

Impossible to locate host. Only while on site did I become aware that I had received a message on Whatsapp (which I don't normally use) with instructions on how to retrieve the key. At no point did we meet any hosts or staff. Cleaning was questionable at best; we had to clean up after what appeared to be a strawberry yoghurt accident in the bedroom (very smelly and very sticky). Sand was every where, but that is of course to avoid when the hotel is literally placed in the dunes of the beach! ;-)
