Our stay was too short.

Room 501 was simply divine. Excellent view of Dam Square, warm, inviting, spacious, quiet and so comfortable. The steam shower was an unexpected luxury bonus.

The location of the hotel was a contradiction. While so conveniently located, one would expect such 5 star hotel to be in a more upscale area. The main train station was 10 minutes away so there was always a steady flow of crowds. The colourful lighting for the room was controlled via a computerized panel, as was the steam shower. Sometimes we couldn't remember how to change the programme for different lighting effects or how to activate the steam shower. A tutorial is advisable.

The hotel is situated in the lower floor of the Gassan Building, on a commercial block beside Ripley's Believe it or Not and The Tissot Wax Museum. We could walk to almost any venue, whether restaurant or shopping area within 10 minutes. Our jr. suite was luxurious and tastefully decorated. The courteous staff were very knowledgeable and accommodating.

Breakfast I would recommend working on the breakfast. They have meat for breakfast, but just Japanese wagyu. But for breakfast, nobody wants to eat it. I believe Netherlands has nice beef grass-fed, it's more healthy and delicious.

Located in a very hectic place, taxi cannot come to the entrance, so you need to walk to them a bit.

Excellent facilities and most advanced technologies in the room. Nice design. Great restaurant. Fantastic minibar assortment. In some rooms you can even smoke 😉

Hotel 27 is superb in every way. The staff, the room, the food all were excellent. We celebrated our wedding anniversary and the hotel made it very special for us. We loved it.

A little dark in the bar/restaurant, probably better for evenings than lunch (which is when we went) The second floor (just above reception) could do with some additional lighting as for some reason it’s the one floor that feels absent of love. EVERYTHING else was perfect.

FAB-U-LOUS. It was a mum & son mini break, away from home and the day to day stresses of life. They nailed it! This place is absolutely perfect, feels luxurious without the pomp and ceremony. The staff are soooo professional, kind and helpful - but not too much. They master the balance of making you feel at home, but not wanting to be your NBF. An art, that when cracked, makes a place really stand out. The amenities are spot on. The beds and incredibly comfortable. Fluffy white towels and great water pressure make for the perfect showers. The tech is good, it actually works! We were able to chrome cast in a few clicks. We will definitely be back!!!

The hotel was exceptional, with every detail thoughtfully designed for an incredible experience. There was nothing to dislike.

The room was simply amazing! From the moment we booked until check-out, the staff were attentive and friendly. The room was spacious, incredibly comfortable, and equipped with the latest technology to enhance our stay. Highlights included a Japanese-style toilet, a steam room, and a Jacuzzi bath, all of which were fantastic features. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect for reaching tourist attractions, bars, and cafes.

Very comfortable, luxurious room right in the centre of Amsterdam with great soundproofing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bathroom was amazing. The bed was huge and comfortable.

Incredible location by Dam Square in the city center. Location made doing all the touristy things, dinners, shopping, etc. very easy. Staff was incredibly friendly, took care of all of our needs, and we were thrilled with our hotel. Would definitely stay at Hotel TwentySeven again and hope to return soon.
