    Everything was pleasant and respectable. People and the staff are helpful and kind. So all and all it was a great experience, especially with the location being in the centre of so much happening and for such a decent price. Amazing. Thank you 🖖🙏🫶

    I don’t have any remarks. For the price, you get everything you need and more as a human being. Saying anything but positive would be demeaning. So ye. Thank you and good luck with what you’re doing 🙏🖖🫶

    Well located.

    Shared bathroom without light in the actual shower. Out of 2 showers, only one was working. No place to put your soap and your clothes inside the shower.

    Worst place I have ever been.

    Dirty, the room smells bad. I paid 50 euros for a room, it is super small and dirty, with no management. Landlords are not reachable at all, he says, I don't care about your problem. And he has bad attitude. I was locked outside the door, I had to do the interview, so I had to leave soon, and not able to check out on time. The landlord was super rude, threatening me: if you don't pay the penalty of 50 euros, you cannot check out, and he said "stop talking, pay or you don't check out". I understand that they have their own rules if late check out. But the lack of management, and the poor attitude, it is rough and very unpleasant and difficult to respect.

However, we would like to clarify the situation: At the time of your check-out (which was due at 12:00 PM), your belongings were still in the room, and you had not completed your check-out. When our staff entered to begin cleaning for the next guest, they found the room still occupied. You returned over an hour later, stating that you had an interview and could not leave on time. Our hostel is the most affordable accommodation in the city, and we ensure that every room is cleaned thoroughly once a day. The rules regarding check-out times and penalties for late departures are clearly displayed throughout the building. While our staff understood your situation, you did not accept the rules and prolonged the matter, causing further delay. We were under time pressure to prepare the room for the next guest.     The position

    Unfortunately it was pretty dirty, bedsheet had stains + holes in pillows covers…showers were few and Occupied for very long by other guests, If one is working others streams were basically dry. A lot of stains on the walls too…

    I think, the business owner should change bed, pillow cover and bed sheet. Most of the things were ok. For this price but again everone comes to sleep well. I left room in midnight, as i could not sleep.

    Location

    The attitude of the person in charge.. I think his name is Marcello. I even reported to the Police who came to call him to Order. A Racist of note, to say the least! Daylight Robbery. A big mistake but will warn others about that Place!
