I would call this hotel "the unusual hotel" because of the greening and conservation effort. The location is conveniently located within walking distance to the Metro station. Do not expect much of the regular amenities (coffee or tea) in the room.

Breakfast too many pastries and cakes cereals would be better. I liked that there were staff on reception 24 hours it made me feel safe, better than hotels that just use key safes. THe attention to re cycling ,re using , is very good and one othe reasons I stay

The floor in the shower is not slanted so after showering a lot of water makes its way to the rest of the bathroom. Drainage could be better.

The location is prime, the hotel itself has a ton of amenities including a restaurant downstairs, a library and we had our own bathroom. I like the concept of the green building - everything aimed at sustainability.

Cosy little room, exceptionally well furnished and with all modern features. The bed was very comfortable. The bar/common area downstairs seemed a great place to hang out/work/relax although we weren’t there long enough to use it much.

I think the queen bed consisted of two single mattresses rather than a single one, which was a bit unfortunate if you're used to sleep in the middle of the bed - I had to move over to the side, otherwise it was quite uncomfortable. Also definitely missed one or two hangers for towels in the bathroom.

It was a spontaneous 2-night trip to Rotterdam and I booked this hotel mainly for its cool and aesthetically pleasing design, and the approach to sustainability. I stayed in "The Cosy" room, which, while on a smaller size side, was completely perfect for my needs and well organized, with plenty of shelves to put things and sockets to plug in your chargers. I liked the private bathroom separated from the sleeping area. The breakfast was entirely plant-based and very tasty. The AC was working flawlessly and the room temperature could be adjusted (stayed during hot summer weather with temperatures over 30 degrees).

It’s a 12-minute walk from Rotterdam Central train station and is located right in the city centre — literally in the heart of the city. You can reach everywhere else by tram, which is just a 5-minute walk away. The staff are young and friendly. I came for a short stay to watch a football match, but next time I’d like to stay here for longer.

If I had to say one negative thing was that we couldn’t open the windows of the room for fresh air

The whole hotel from the room until all the shared rooms were very nice decorated, clean and aesthetic… the food and the coffee at the reception was really good. The staff was helpful and kind. The location was really good near a neighbourhood with many cafe’s restaurants and shops

Lovely hotel which has a big focus on sustainability, which is great to see in a city. The area downstairs is very welcoming and social with spaces to sit, play games, work or have a drink.
