The room would be small for 2 to stay in but this would be fine as long as you are not planning to spend a lot of time there during the daytime.

This hotel had an excellent location for exploring the city. Good transport links for the trams and the airport bus. Staff were polite and helpful. I was given a twin room even though I had booked and paid for a single so it was good to have the extra room. Top floor room was fine for me - although the lift onto went to the floor below this felt quite secure for me as a solo traveller. Good breakfast which is reasonably priced.

We stayed on the forth floor. The lift only goes up to the third floor. Getting our big bags up and down the final (very steep) stair cases was an adventure. The beds are very soft and not particularly comfortable. I kept feeling like I may role off. Amsterdam is an expensive city for accommodation. This hotel was in a fair/medium price bracket, but it is pricey for what you get - I think that says more about the city than the hotel itself

No AC, but that was expected. Furniture is definitely older and worn, but that's the trade-off for the lower price than other hotels in the area.

Toilet is too small that we can only change our clothes outside. It doesnt come with aircond. Some of the rooms have fans and you can also request for fan. Luckily amaterdam weather is quite chilling when we were here.

Sort of near to where we want to go. Its very newr to van gogh museum. Apparently the room is bigger than the usual ones in Amsterdam. Room is clean

No lift to 4th floor and no assistance offered with luggage. No fridge in room. Main negative was dreadful offensive smell from basin and drains that permeated the room. They need to sort that out.

The beds are really small and tend to shift around because they are light. Reception are is quite small.

The bathroom had some periods of it smelling odd. Walls are thin and with people with a young child crying it didn't help with your sleep. Decor a little tatty in places.

Burn mark on upholstered chair needs to be repaired. Shower screen does not stop water getting all over the floor.

Single room was very cramped. Sink was so tiny it was barely usable. Everything felt cramped…reception area, room.

I had initially booked a single room and was not happy with the tiny bed, tiny sink and tiny room so I upgraded to a double room which was very nice. I would not recommend the single room.

The staff and location of the hotel were excellent. You can catch the airport bus 397 very close to the hotel.

Pillows were not very comfy

A lovely friendly hotel in an excellent location. I was attending a work event at the RAI and this was in between there and Leidseplein, so was perfect. The staff were helpful and the room was pleasant. The pillow wasn't very comfortable (but this is subjective). Overall good value for money.
