The stairs were steep and small however they brought our bags up to our room and so it was easy to navigate

It was spacious and absolutely gorgeous! So many small touches that make it memorable. It even had electric drop down shades to darken the entire suite- even the terrace- it was also on the second floor so we felt very secure

Even though there are blinds blocking some outdoor noise, the neighbourhood can be noisy on Friday and Saturday nights due to nearby bars.

The apartment is wonderful, cozy, clean and has a great location is you want to be in the city center. The host is very kind, helpful and communicative. Highly recommended.

This was the best apartment stay we have ever had ANYWHERE in the world. The photos and description do not do this charming apartment justice. The terrace garden in the heart of the city is a magnificent refuge and the perfect place to relax anytime of the day. The hostess was incredibly kind and generous - she made our trip all the more rewarding and enjoyable. Comfort and convenience were superb with the style of the apartment a 10+. Do yourself a favour when you are in Maastricht and stay here - you will NEVER want to leave!

Only downside is with the central location comes proximity to some dancing bars, and the apartment is above a restaurant meaning a little late night noise but its barely noticeable to be honest!

Barbara is an excellent host, friendly and generous, with a wonderful apartment. The location is incredibly central, easy to find and beautifully put together. The terrace is gorgeous and a nice slice of peace in the middle of town

This is the best accommodation I've stayed so far, a truly home away from home experience. Exceptionally clean, nicely decorated. The owner, Barbara, is simply amazing. She called prior to check in to ensure I was ok. Welcomed me nicely, prepared a cute breakfast for the following day and even booked my taxi for work. Very warm and hospitable experience. I will highly recommend it!

the noise in de early morning coming from the deliveries for all the bars and restaurants in the street. we were awake at 8am. it’s not really fine for a relaxing short stay.

Most lovely suite we ever visited. The host gave a warm welcome and the suite is just wonderful, clean and designed with love. The terras is amazing. The location is in the middle of the historic centre (but absolutely not noicy) with many great options to visit/eat around the corner. If I could rate over 10 would have done it!

No soundproofing whatsoever. No microwave contrary to claim; we can just ask for food to be heated before 6 pm. One heater didn't work. There was a maintenance problem and they didn't handle it well. The super got offensive and sexist. I submitted a complaint.

The ventilator of the restaurant below is right next to the window so it can be very noisy at nights when the restaurant is open - which is every night, except Tuesday and Wednesday. If you travel with heavy suitcases, be aware that the stairs to your bedroom are quite steep. Finally, the parking is a pain in Maastricht. We had found a paid parking at the Vrijthoef, which cost us 70€ for two days, so plan your parking in advance (suggestion: https://www.bezoekmaastricht.nl/bereikbaarheid/parkeren) .

This room is large and beautifully decorated. The host was very welcoming and helpful. "Mon rêve" is situated above a restaurant, in the heart of Maastricht, so you can walk around without taking your car and have diner just below your feet.
