The shower was disappointing and quite challenging for our children under 10 years old to us

We had a good stay in the family quadruple room! The hotel’s location is excellent, with ample parking suitable for buses and cars. The breakfast was good however the timing 8AM-10AM is bit late for us and the staff were incredibly kind, even accommodating an earlier breakfast before the usual 8 AM start. Additionally bath towels were included for family room which was good.

I suggest better have a bar in the shower to avoid the water make the shower room all wet. Suggest prepare hairdryer and kettle in the reception. also better have 4 chairs for 4 people room.

The shower and toilet separate is good idea. Heat is enough in winter time.

Beds were not comfortable at all We had 3 bunk beds , all of them was very noisy 🤕 We could not sleep at all as the person on the top bed was moving .and beds was not SAFE AT ALL .!

There was some hair on one of the pillows. It would be just perfect if there were at least a tiny fridge in the room.

Very basic. You had to haul the linens downstairs yourself at the end of your stay. You can hear guests jumping around on the floor above us.

There was only 1 electricity plug in the room for 8 people, and that was even far from everyone. I did get an extension cord in the end, and we all charged our devices in the middle of the room, but that is just very inconvenient. The room's setup is also quite uncomfortable, you can hear everything from the toilets and there is no wall or door or anything between the taps and the beds, maybe a curtain would help. The breakfast is included, but it is indeed a very budget one.

The outside and the sorroundings are great! I mean it is a castle.. The bed is okay, and the breakfast is in the price.

On the first day, the hot water in our room broke down; they fixed this issue later, but we were very cold. In my opinion, not being able to enter the hostel after midnight was a huge disadvantage that stressed us out to maintain a time managment during our vacation.

Staying in a castle was an exciting experience. It was also close to the rail station. We were pleased with the breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Our last evening a very loud and rowdy group of teens (approx. 60- I saw them at breakfast) came in and woke up my family and myself. This went on from 22:30-1:30. I get it, kids will be kids but they literally sounded like a stampede of elephants coming into their rooms and were jumping off the bed and screaming. I did make a call to the front desk, but they did not do anything. I also thought the sink and shower could have been updated for the price per night per room.

The location was very convenient to go to the beach and travel into Amsterdam. After asking a staff member what was the best way to get to the city, she suggested going to Utigeest and parking at the train station for free and there is a direct train that takes 29 mins. The garden in the back was beautiful and so was the interior decoration. Breakfast was just what our family needed.

There were two toilets in the room, one of which was combined with a shower and washbasin. Apparently the shower is intended for people with disabilities - it is very large. and the downside is that there are no curtains or glass in the shower. Water splashes all over the bathroom and it is impossible to even go to the sink without shoes if someone has taken a shower. And yet, one bed rolled and creaked a little

the hotel is in a great location. the castle is real) The staff is pleasant. We had a family room, the room was tidy. Breakfast is very good
