The property is 8 min by metro from city center. The location is perfect. After the hustle bussel of the day I looked forward coming to a place that was quiet and home like. And the place will not be complete with the owners. Patrick and Eric. Fabulous host. They have kept the place immaculate. Very kind, and they gave us such great suggestions. This is a definitely a place I’ll stay if I visit Amsterdam again.

The property is well located within a lovely neighborhood with good access via tram/metro to tourist spots. We love the fact that it is in a quaint area with some really lovely cafes/restaurants . The host Patrick is really awesome and he is the best host we have come across in many years of travelling. He helped us with our luggages on arrival and departure (and some of you will know the challenge of navigating those narrow steps in European properties) and gave us many useful pointers to off beaten track in the city. He is super responsive. One of the best stays we had. Highly recommended!

Happy to recommend. Beautiful apartment, comfy bed, on a quiet street. It was an easy walk to nearby cafes, restaurants and the zoo. There’s also a supermarket just around the corner.

Honestly, everything. - The location (central street, but very quiet at the same time); - The owner Patrick is more than helping and really wants to make sure that you have everything you need during your stay; - The room itself (we had a view on the canal) is impeccable and comfortable; - Check-in and check-out was super smooth; - Welcome gifts were definitely appreciated !

If you are looking for a spacious, clean, and well-appointed suite that’s close to public transport and very walkable to other neighborhoods, I highly recommend Spinoza Suites. We couldn’t have asked for a better location in which to explore Amsterdam. Our garden view room was a beautiful and relaxing place to return home to each day. Patrick was the perfect host; easy to communicate with, available if needed, and very helpful with great recommendations. He provides thoughtful touches to his accommodations like in-room refreshments, daily cleaning, assistance with luggage (due to the traditional Dutch stairwell), and taxi arrangements.

Our host! He was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and kind. The room! The place was as modern, comfortable and cozy as any place I’ve stayed (and my parter and I have been all over the world). I couldn’t recommend this place and its owner with more enthusiasm.

Patrick was an excellent host, always available with recommendations, directions and luggage management. Our room was beautiful, overlooked a canal on a very quiet street but minutes from the metro.

We liked everything about our stay but there is a steep set of stairs you must climb to reach the room. Also, this is not a hotel. There are two rooms. The owner was ever present, however. And he checked in with us as we were coming and going from the home.

The location is excellent. It’s in a more quiet part of Amsterdam with a more local population. There are also universities in the area and so there are students. You are a block away from a metro station that is two stops from Centraal Station and a few minutes from a tram stop that goes directly to the museums. Supermarket is steps away. The longer we stayed the more we realized how good the location really is. The room is also large and really nice. The fixtures and furniture are modern, stylish and well maintained. The room and bathroom are spacious. You can see the owner’s love for the property and his attention to every detail. A very romantic stay! The owner is a prince. He checked on us and made sure we were doing well. His recommendations were spot on. We had an early flight and he offered to arrange a taxi to pick us up outside the door for a set price (the local’s price).

Nothing not to love, the location is ideal - nice if you don’t want to be in the hectic touristy area of Amsterdam but so well connected you can get there within 5-10 mins via metro or tram. Very spacious, clean, and comfortable. I’ve stayed in several places in Amsterdam and this is by far the best. The hosts are extremely helpful and friendly, couldn’t recommend more.

We were made to feel at home instantly! Every detail from the room, the cleanliness, the comfort, the location and the friendliness of the hosts added such pleasure to our first Amsterdam visit. We will definitely stay again on future visits.

Clean, comfortable, and stylish facilities that were calming to return to after a busy day exploring Amsterdam. It was a nice touch to have the snacks and drinks refilled daily too! Eric and Patrick were super helpful with recommendations for restaurants, arranging a cab to the airport, and acclimating to the city.

Amazing place and amazing hosts. Patrick and Erick can really make you feel at home. The room is great and the view on the canal from the bed was just.. perfect! The place I so quiet and yet in a neighborhood full of life. By far my new favorite place to stay in Amsterdam, hope to be back soon!

Everything was terrific. One word of caution that may be important to some - there is one flight of steep/tight stairs to get to suite. We acclimated to them quickly.

Wonderful and attentive host and excellent location with view of canal. Easily within walking distance to grocery store and great areas. It was also close to metro and tram.
