We are used to preparing our own meals at the accommodation, so having a microwave would have been ideal. The mattresses were a bit softer than what we're used to. We also had to (though reluctantly and we apologize) move the beds against the wall because our daughter is still small and could fall off the bed onto the floor during the night.

We liked the place right by the sea, and we walked barefoot from the beach to our room. Everything was clean, and we had a pleasant stay. The staff was very kind and helpful.

This was a very basic room (no TV and shared bathroom). Given the location and price, this was expected. Very steep stairs. Kitchen closes early, I could only order bar snacks (pommes / frites and chicken bites after 9pm).

Great location next to path through dunes to the beach. Nice food at breakfast at reasonable price. Easy walk into town with a selection of restaurants and a supermarket nearby. Clean, coffee and tea in room. Staff at reception in restaurant polite and helpful.

I did not like the smell of cigaratte in my room- apperantly someone smoked there before. Also could be better to have a small fridge in my room.

I like the location, the welcoming stuff, the cleanliness of toilets / showers, the comfy bed and modern but warm decoration of the place. I also would like to thank the hotel for the free upgrade of my room to a bigger one. It was a very nice surprise for me.

A bit noisy especially during the nights

Surprisingly a real good place to stay. Location is perfect and they have a restaurant downstairs. I’ve shared shower and toilet rooms but they were kept clean by staff so no issues there. I also had a small sink in the room that’s really helpful. They also provide kettle and tea. And a fan

Stairway to rooms very steep.

The location was just a few hundred metres to the beach which was fantastic. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpfull always. We took two small dogs with us and they were made very welcome by the staff. Dogs allowed on the beach. The restaurant and bar was great with top quality food and prompt freindly service. The room was large enough and the bed very comfortable. There is a shower in the room but the two toilets are shared and on the landing. Perfect stay for a short seaside break.

We could not leave the windows open. There was no net to hinder the flies coming in.

No place to sit other than bed - there would probably be space for folding table and chairs in the room. Steep staircase, definitely not suitable for a buggy. The shower was not 100% clean - curtain was a little dirty and smelly. No marked space to unload your baggage when you arrive by car and it was quite hard to stop nearby. Parking was nice on the nearby free parking lot though.

Comfortable bed, clean shared toilet, private shower in the room. Nice neighbourhood. Free parking spot and a beach nearby - there is paved strip on the beach (not right by the water, but close), so you can make it with a buggy without problems. Great evening walks :) Haven't visited the restaurant in the end, but it looked nice. Room was small, but big enough for a portable bed for our baby.

Restaurant didn't open until 9.00am and we had to be at the Sports Hall De Walvis by 8.30 soo there were no facilities for the group to have breakfast. no meal deals were offered

We were picked up by minibuses arranged by Beter Judo. Near to the beach so able to spend some of our free time there Restaurant very good in the evening

Very small room that hasn't been painted for a long time. Kind of depressing.

Great location right on the dunes and beach, breakfast and staff great. Free parking just up the road in a large public car park. Shared bathroom and shower are no problem.

Hotel is not as expected and not the same as shown in images. We expected to have a beach view from the hotel as shown and expected private washrooms and bath area .. which is common to everyone, and that is not mentioned in the description.. Totally worst feeling of being in that total… waste of money and time… and beds are also not good, as we had child withus it becomes to sleep on the bed which creates space between beds. Heaters in the room is not good they take time for heating, and the room feels so cool as it was raining too much ! Feels the worst experience! Hope seeing this you will change your pictures in the website.p

It's not a family place, you can't be expecting any privacy, the stuff were rude to me and i had the feelings they were talking behind my back, clearly i was not the type of visitor they prefer, The stairs were crazy dangerous for the kids or any adults. There is two bathrooms to sher for all five rooms and two showers . The hall stinks like a public bathroom ,the rooms are small and dirty . I would never book a room again in this hotel, I hope they give more attention on the rooms and the stuff then the restaurant down stairs which is amazing by the way. It's such a waste in such a location. I'm sorry if that hurting anyone, I'm just being honest.

The only good thing was tha location off the hotel.

Location of the hotel: seaside and not far from the center... warm welcome from the whole staff, each and every time I had a question, it was answered with a smile, family atmosphere.
