the digital key / no staff is difficult to understand at first, had to stay outside for a while as my room wasn't ready.. Lucky for me someone from the cleaning staff was there to help me. Also the main door is so loud when it closes you can hear it from the top floors and since there's a lot of traffic even at night you get awaken. No AC in the room.

the room is a bit small, it was fine for me as I am only 1.60 cm tall. But I would not recommend the room where I was staying at for a tall person. I just fitted in the bathroom, but this room is no good fit for tall people.

The location and that it was not noisy. For 1 night it was good, as I got there only to sleep as I had an event with my work until late.

No breakfast included Rang bell when arrived to be told rudely we didn't need to, had digital check in, just go yourself. No instructions, no welcome. Told them on 1st morning our shower didn't work, was told probably just everyone checking out so showers busy so less water. Shower had no water. Waited and eventually got a dribble of water. Rest of stay was enough for body wash, couldn't wash hair But staff made me feel awkward for complaining and made me feel like I was the issue. Wouldn't recommend.

Amazing location, near the park in a gorgeous neighborhood, very comfortable rooms, easy check-in and check out. Absolutely no amenities and expensive for a place to sleep, but I think that's Amsterdam. We felt safe and slept great.

The property is an old building so the seal around the window in the room wasn’t great and there was a cold draft at night without the heater on. The noise from outside as a result of this may also bother some people, we slept with earplugs so it was okay but the owners should fix the windows

Amazing location- our room looked out over vondelpark, 10 mins walk to museumplein and 20 into the centre. Lots of good cafes and restaurants nearby also. Quiet neighbourhood, comfy beds and the man behind the desk was very welcoming and helpful with advice about the city.

Noisy room to the rear of the property

Room was fairly cosy and warm, could have done with a good dust . The room was situated at the rear of the property, room 201.. was so noisy, the park behind and the traffic / trams from early morning. Staff were brilliant and so helpful

Staff in the morning kinda rude. Booked two rooms and had one of the two available not at the time written on booking...had to contact customer service to get the password of the room as by 10 pm we couldn't check in online as for previous room.

The heating couldn't be turned off completely, and the fan in the bathroom was on permanent mode.
