Being next to a busy motorway, I found it quite noisy in the room from the traffic at times. Some tiles in the bathroom weren’t set properly and would pop when stood on

The room was not very clean, I think it had been a long time since anyone had been there because it was dusty, the pillow was not really good for sleeping. And it was a bit far from the city center.

I do think that the price of the room is a bit too high. The bed was a bit worn down as when laying down it seems like you were in a hole. The water pressure wasn’t good in the bathroom. Additionally there are some places with dust in both the room and bathroom

Better TV

The bus comes only once every 30 minutes on Sundays, so It feels quite isolated. The way to the bus is only through very tiny and stairs next to the stinky garbage. I can imagine that having a car the experience is way nicer. The room temperature was set by default on 21° and It was too cold for us in July. If i understood correctly, It restarts whenever you enter the room and place your card in the cardholder. Tip: make sure to change the temperature everytime you enter the room to whatever suits you best, before It gets too cold.

The best breakfast we have had in a hotel! They had lots of dairy free and gluten free options. The staff was very accomodating and kind. The room was very confortable: the mattress was big and I didn't even notice my partner moving. The rooms are very well isolated, we didn't hear anything at all from other rooms! The shower is big and has even hair conditioning. It was a perfect stay!!

When you come through the door you’ll find a lot of “out of order” signs - on ev charger, vending machines, coffee machine… the WiFi wasn’t working on whole 3rd floor. It did in the ground floor. When trying to call the reception from the room phone nobody picked up. When contacting the reception directly they said they will contact the technician but to be honest I don’t think that they did anything at all.

The only restaurant was an 'all one can eat' type, where one can completely stuff themselves. Not my preference. This hotel is not located near anything romantic, but near fuel station, McDonalds and a hardware store. Could be useful. But not romantic.

Very helpful and friendly front office staff. Checkin process went very efficient. Ample parking available. Sufficiently large room, large and comfy bed, airco in room. From hotel you're in 1 minute on the highway yo The Hague, Rotterdam or Delft (or rest of the country). Very good connection. Inspire of its location near the highway, the room was very quiet.

A restaurant could be nice to have, otherwise one needs to drive somewhere to have something to eat. There is a restaurant of the "all you can eat" type in the building, but one wouldn't pay the full amount just to have light meal. The place may also be packed during the weekend (meaning that the parking is also full), so it can be a bit annoying to find a parking spot.

Staff quite friendly and helpful. Breakfast ok. Nice rooms, big enough, with a bit of noise from the highway but rather well insulated. The fridge in the room was quite helpful during these hot times.

- there was a noise in the room from the highway. I would expect from a 4star hotel to have better isolated windows. We were only for 1 night, so it was not a big problem, but if you prefer quiet hotel it is better to choose another one. - there is no room service; in the restaurant you need to pay 43 euros to eat at a buffet; you can’t choose and order what you want; so, if you would like to eat you need to go out. And again I find this unacceptable for a 4 star hotel.

When we arrived at the hotel, there was a very strong smell of fish throughout the hotel. The restaurant was open, and it seemed like they were cooking. That smell lingered in the hotel until the next day. Even the elevator smelled like that.

Staff were amazingly friendly and eager to help. Always a smile and a greeting from the restaurant to the front desk. Good location approx 15 mins drive into the centre of The Hague, free hotel parking. Bus stop within 2 mins walk.

Well I guess, its the first time i had to pay a deposit of €100 in a hotel. When you check out, they check the room and if it is okay and you didnt smoke in the room and you get the deposit back.

The property was very central en close to the highway. There is enough parking space. The room was clean.

Coming late in the evening was hard to find a parking spot, though there were plenty, but most all of them occupied. You need to drive to The Hague or take public transport, as parking fees are quite high in the city.

We had a room with a view to Delft in the distance. The room was very clean, modern decoration and equipment. Large and comfortable bed with a firm mattress. A table with a small coffee pad machine. A TV on the wall. Bathroom with a very large spacious shower, modern and very clean. No funny smells.
