The chalet bed and pillows were a bit uncomfortable.

We had 2 types of accommodation , a chalet and a hotel room. The only slight negative would be that the chalet bed and pillows were a little bit hard for us. The main hotel room was great. The location was great and the setting was beautiful. The breakfast was great too. Everywhere was spotlessly clean . The staff were all fantastic and very helpful. We ate and drank each evening in the restaurant. The food was amazing and we thought very reasonable.

The double bed in the chalet is not so comfortable. Much prefer the beds in the hotel. For extended stays it does make a difference.

The room was quite nice and cozy, the breakfast was simple but the quality was very good, and I actually loved the simplicity. The location was great for us as it was very close to germet and also Eindhoven.

Not a very comfortable bathroom, not possible to take a shower only if sitting.

Amazing location! Very nice to walk around in the evening. Beautiful view of the lake and sunset. We enjoyed our dinner with the sunset view very much. Not many people in the swimming pool. Small but nice breakfast.

Staff were super helpful, friendly and customer-centric. Views are spectacular. Indoor pool is amazing. Best part was the huge breakfast they arranged in the morning. They have a beach and surrounded by nature.

Effectively, the reception is unstaffed. This makes it difficult to ask questions—or even to check out. The hotel opens late (11:00 AM) and closes a bit early (around 9:00–10:00 PM). Outside of these hours, you have to use the night entrance. This makes sense in the late evening, but is rather inconvenient otherwise. The price of breakfast went from €11 to €15 per person within a month (!), casually mentioned in a Booking.com message. The hotel is clean, tidy, and looks neat and modern, but the absence of a proper reception and the missing amenities in the room (in my opinion, a rather exaggerated use of the word 'suite'—come on, it's a ±30m² room without a mini fridge, or safe) make me feel the price is not justified. The lock was magnetic and even after unlocking, required a solid push to open. Oh, and 'soundproofed' means you’re not supposed to hear the upstairs neighbours walking.

The location and surroundings of the hotel are very nice. The staff is very friendly and works hard. Nearby, there's a beach and especially many forests, which are beautiful for walking and cycling. Everything is clean and well maintained.
