No bathroom light the full stay. No reception to claim at night. Price charged is too high for what it was during the stay. Had send a claim/price macht but did not rcvd a fair charge. I’m very sad and mad with this injustice in the price.

Is close to where we need to be and a nice quiet place.

The attention to cleaning was really poorly. The accommodations itself was not clean and the dishes we took out were still dirty…there was no coroner cleaning equipment available and couldn’t even clean it ourselves. The mini golf area was not taken of at all and the courses was so dirty and badly maintained we couldn’t even play some of the courses. I would not say I was completely unhappy but definitely think they should look for making it a bit more modern including the swimming facilities.

The layout was really awesome, also the accommodation was perfect. The swimming and kids entertainment area is really great to have and my kids loved it. I do think it’s a bit outdated and need some tender love and care but in general I love the idea of the whole facility and my family really had a good time.

We stayed in a glamping tent which was very cold and same price of what my friends paid for really nice accomodations, we had a air con unit that only blew hot air for 30 mins, was freezing at night, interior was shabby, dirty sofa, broken mirror, had to make beds, strip them and remove all rubbish ourselves, would of been lovely in warmer months

Kids were kept entertained, surroundings were beautiful, not badly priced food/drink on site

They advertise WiFi it was not available and the beds,pillows very terrible sleeping area was a cramped place had to crawl to get in and out of bed paid for bedding and towels only half bedding provided

All the websites market this park as “ firework free”. Upon complaining about some people firing fireworks in the park, reception informed me that the park is a low firework zone…(?) and that there is not a lot they can do to enforce this. After showing them several descriptions on websites which mention firework free park they told me that they need to change the website….not great….they gave me a number I could call but the whole conversation was not great. Pool changing rooms are very cold, old and poorly equipped.

Cleaning could be better. Hair in linen, dust in corners, walls have many dirty marks, worn out couch and not a cosy feeling what you normally would expect from a Dutch accommodation. Please provide a few basic kitchen things such as cork screws, salt and pepper.

We being upgrade to a bigger but older location. What was advertised was not available.

Not clean, actually dirty. Dust All surfaces were dingy. Dead insect in the window (big). Dishwasher didn’t work properly. No loungers Very expensive Pizza we bought in the restaurant were not tasty

It is quite big. Recepcionist was friendly and changed us into another village after complaining. She understood what I was saying and was kind to move us into another one more suitable

No lights at night, I got there late and it was raining and it’s almost impossible to see the numbers and instructions to get to your room.

Air conditioner didn’t work. Bed linen was not provided in its entirety but was paid for and had to be ordered in advance. The deposit is returned for a long time, you must be prepared to freeze money for 2-3 months.

Great spacious villa, several bathrooms and a huge living area. The best option for the friends company.

Swimming Pool was good fun, little bit crowded but good and the Kids climbing frames was good.!

Being forced to pay for the shuttle service was harsh as we prefer to walk and also having an additional charge to pay on arrival for the beds to be made up but the fresh bedding was left in a plastic wrapper on one of the beds. Finally we was surrounded by music literally all night through to morning. Yes we enjoy going to a festival but it’s nice to unwind at night. Your 11pm curfew was non existent and was not enforced. We complained but nothing was done. Unfortunately this will be our last visit

Accommodation is always fresh and clean when we stay. Disappointed to see the last guests bedding left by the front door

The accommodation had some issues such as one bad mattress, broken door, and closet. It took all day time for the maintenance team to come over they still couldn't manage to fix the issues. We had to go again to the reception and ask for another accommodation. When I asked to be relocated first time, one of the staff said that they were fully booked but obviously that wasn't true since we ended up moving chalet.

The facilities such as pool, sauna, entertainments,the lake, the playgrounds. Europarc did a massive investment of renovating all the houses and it looks really nice compared to before with the previous owner (oostaapen park vakantie)

everything was in order, except the black ants in our chalet. They were all over the place and also in our bed at night. After our complaint, one of the staff brought an ant-box and spray which helped to an extent. Unfortunately there were no kids bike for rent. It will be better to keep three bins (restafval, glass, PMD) at the chalet to separate the waste at source.

pleasant stay, lots of activities fior kids like swimming, indoor play area, outdoor play area, Game zone, daily age group wise fun activities. In snack bar and restaurant, vegetarian options available. Chalet was nice and cosy.

I asked 3 times for a leak to be fixed but it didn't happen. Restaurant didn't accept any of my MasterCard or visa cards. Sink in bathroom way too small to even clean teeth.
