I didn't like all the rules and the phone call the morning we were travelling from a long distance asking us to arrive before the time we had booked our check in months in advance. The beds were very soft and the gym lockers did not work.

The health club was good with well equipped gym and excellent sauna. Plenty of parking and the town of Groesbeek had plenty of places to eat and drink. In fact the meal we had at Bar en Grill De Locomotief in Groesbeek was excellent and far better quality than I expected so although it wasn't a cheap meal it offered great value for money. In the town there were lots of play parks and cycle routes. I would come back for a family short stay.

No soap in the bathroom! We were told that we would have to use side entrance if we came back after 2 am but when we came back at 9:15 there was a single woman traveling alone who needed to check in and lobby was closed . 24 hour emergency number never answered her so we let her charge her phone in our room then she made other accommodations . Also life was broken . Asked for discounted rate and desk person smile but did nothing

Extreme noise Saturday evening until after midnight. Nobody in reception to stop the young people that plaid football against the wall and screamed and shouted. Breakfast not ready 8.00 but 15 min later. Manual for hotel only In Dutch?

The facilities are perfect (sauna, swimming pool, fitness). Very helpful staff. Room/studio was very simple but in combination with all great facilities, good value for money. Area is really pretty.

Hotel is OK but needs renovation. No way to protect the sleeping room from morning light (high window with no curtains). There was a booklet in the room detailing all the fines you could be charged with if you misbehaved (!).

Staff was friendly. Shower was good. Comfortable mattresses.

The room/apartment was very basic and dated, it felt like student accommodation and our bedding was dirty with something like sand on the sheets. There was a small kitchen but no cutlery at all. We had to ask 3 or 4 times to get an iron even though we emailed beforehand to ask for one.

Nice gym, friendly check in staff, good location for the event we were visiting the area to attend, plenty of parking spaces. OK for 1 night but wouldn't have wanted to stay for a longer period of time.

The fridge was a bit noisy. Some quests were noisy (phone call on the balcony at 3am), but of course that's not the hotel's fault.

The staff forgot to equip the suite with items like kitchen towels and dishwasher pucks. The TV was not working when we first arrived. There were dead ladybugs everywhere.

Nice pool and fitness facilities. The apartment suites are quite nice and spacious. Some of the staff were friendly. Could be a really nice place if the staff were more attentive.

The night entry( side gate with key) is much to dark, it’s difficult to find the keyhole, and that dark corridor is very creepy.

We were told that the reception was closed via email and had to collect our keys from a key safe, which we did. Unfortunately the keys worked on a side door to get us in but not on the room. We rang for help and someone turned up with another key. He told the us whole venue was closed but they had taken the booking and allocated us apartment 215 so we were alone in the hotel, all the facilities were closed, no wifi, restaurant, gym, bar reception etc! I messaged the venue and got no response, also messaged booking.com and got no response. Checking on the venues website it makes no mention of it being closed (potential scam) and that morning it was still listed on Booking.com as full. We stayed the night and in the morning I rang and got through to the manager and asked for a refund on the remaining 2 days of our stay. Which they did and we moved to another hotel. I can’t rate this low enough. The room had seen better days, and a cursory clean. There was a kitchen, but only 1 spoon and no bowls or glasses. JUST BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE AND AVOID THIS PLACE.
