Suggest to have the swimming hall open for longer times with access using room key.

We had a pleasant stay at Molecaten Park Noordduinen. The location is beautiful—peaceful, close to the beach, and perfect for families. The facilities were well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Our accommodation was clean and comfortable. A great spot for a relaxing holiday in nature. Would definitely recommend!

Not enough cushions. Had to keep using pillows as cushions when wanting to lounge in and outside. No hairdryer! Why? Not even to rent. This is not helpful to international visitors who fly in, rather than drive. Not enough dishwasher tablets supplied. At least 1 tablet per day of the stay would be a nice touch. View was just a fence and hedge, from the apartment, but it was quiet as a result.

Proximity to the beach, onsite swimming pool, spacious apartment, good price. Kitchen was good. Nice to be able to sit outside. Plenty of parking space. Drying room and rack was very helpful. Outside table and umbrella.

We were a bit cramped. The furniture was arranged in such a way that it prevented us from moving freely.

The location was great. It is also important that bed linen was included in the price.

The heaters kept lowering the temperature every couple of hours and it was a cold time of year! There were no parking spots for our car, even though each cabin gets only one space. We had to park far the first night

No soap, not enough toilet paper. Payment and check-in could be easier (there was an error before checking in, but it was solved quickly) Suggestion: some possibility for guests to leave food after check-out for others to take, because we had to throw some away.

Generally enough space for 6 people in the Chalet, well-designed. Well equipped kitchen. Nice beach nearby. Cozy terrace.

The cabin we booked was very clean and tastefully furnished. Beds were comfortable,the shower had good pressure and the kitchen was equipped with everything you need. The Park itself was kept very clean and we loved that it's only a short walk away from the beach It makes a beautiful base for trips around the region. Unfortunately we were too early for the famous Keukenhof or Linneaushof but made a day trip into Leiden, a cute little town with a nice botanical garden. We'll be back!

The location was excellent, conveniently close to my workplace. The facilities were impressive, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Additionally, the staff was exceptionally kind and helpful.

Let's start from the beginning: since the booking, I have literally been flooded with automated messages with useless info on the structure to the point that I had to write specifically to the owner to get directions. Once in Noordwijk, no clear directions to reach the place, no signs, no nothing. Since the reception was closed at 8 pm (come on, it's not 2 in the morning), me and my colleague literally had to go through a treasure hunt to retrieve the keys. Outdoor illumination was lacking and there were no directions whatsoever to reach the house. It took us a while to figure it out since it was dark already. Once in the house, no welcome kit, beds to be made (by us) and towels on payment. No wifi password was clearly indicated (at this point I'm not even sure there was the wifi at all). I found it very frustrating to make my bed after one entire day of travel and most of all after having spent around 200€ for two nights for two people. The icing on the cake: YOU have to clean the room when you leave, and I'm not talking about common sense politeness, I am talking about taking out the trash (again, no hell of a direction for the trash bins) and bringing the sheets to the laundry, other than sweeping the floor, cleaning the hobs and cleaning the kitchen. Two merits: the host (the human host and not the bot) replied promptly in the chat and provided the useful info I asked for. Second, in the end, they gave me the towels for free, but just because we never ever found the reception open: the first day we arrived at 8 pm, and on the last day we left at 8 am. I don't think these are crazy hours to keep a reception open. I am not sure I will go there again for my next work-related trips

Although the bungalow was new, all tidy and clean, it was in the middle of nowhere inside the camping. The major selling point is the vicinity of the structure to ESA ESTEC. I wouldn't advise it otherwise

Would be great if we could hire helmets when renting bicycles. A map of surrounding area and more info on practical things like how to find beach and local supermarket/town would be helpful. Also didn't let us know that the pool would close by 5pm as school holidays were over in Holland. Could do with more washing machines in launderette. Big queues!

Would be better if ac had worked - or had been given instructions. No oven - or maybe there was a microwave combination oven but no instructions. It’s great that the site recycles BUT For those not used to it, details of what goes in where in English would be helpful.

The bathroom could do with an upgrade and better cleaning. There was mould around the edges on the floor and on the window shutters. For 100€ a night it would be nice to have your beds made prior to arrival and have some basic things like hand wash, kitchen towels and salt and pepper. You need to bring/buy absolutely everything yourself, you only get a bin bag, 1 toilet roll and 2 dish washer tablets. I understand it’s common for these kinds of accommodations, but for that price some extra service would be nice.

Excellent location with a 5 minute walk to the beach. The townhome was very large and had extra room for our family of 6. My kids also enjoyed the swimming pool.
