I did not particularly like the cushions on the bed, so I just packed them away. I also found the entrance to the hotel a bit awkward as there is no step-free access to the lifts to the reception.

The location of the hotel is excellent with very good transport links; one is spoilt for choice for shopping outlets, fast food joints and restaurants The staff were friendly and supportive. The room had a working space, and good storage, drinks fridge, kettle with assorted teas and coffee. The bed was comfortable with clean and well stocked washroom.

I read other reviews of people complaining about this, but I didn't give it much weight until I experienced it myself: street noise from the clubs/bars in the Rodezand area. The music is very loud, especially at the weekend, and it went on until very late at night. Of course it isn't the hotel's fault, however that's something to be aware of if expecting complete silence at night.

Very impressive modern building, spacious room, high ceilings, functional reception with self-check in stations as well as a tiny self-check out store with travel essentials, food, drinks and so on. Location wise, the WTC is 10-15 minutes walk from the Rotterdam Central station, and only a couple of minutes walk from the nearest tram and Metro station. Plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity, as well as the entire Beurs shopping district.

Main entrance could be a bit confusing to find

Good location in easy walk 5-10 my ns) of many of the major attractions and nightlife. Friendly, helpful staff. Good, secure bicycle parking.

The alternative parking overnight is a bit pricey I wish the Hotel would reserve parking spaces for their guests which we can pay half price

Cleaners just walk in the room even though the do not disturb light is on, twice they came into the room without knocking, as a female I didnt like this as one time I was sleeping in bed and second time I just got out the shower. No apology just closed the door. There should be latches on the door to prevent this happening as its quite unsettling especially for lone travellers

Excellent location, the hotel is literally 10mins to the shopping centre and 15mins walking to rotterdam central station. Everything you need is within walking distance, grocery store,food shops, coffeeshops.There is a carpark 5mins down the road if you're planning to drive. The hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. We stayed in a twin room which was decent size for two of us.There is also a gym at the otherside of the building you can use. The hotel backs onto the world trade centre, you can walk through and see the art on the walls in the convention centre.i would definitely recommend this hotel purely for the location.

Room cleaning seemed to be a bit rushed and wouldn't replace the used cups/glasses/coffee. Wifi sometimes was a bit slow/not connect (but it was a minor issue).

Perfect location for exploring the city, very central and close to tram/metro. Breakfast is very good (though you have to walk a bit). Associated gym is great! Rooms are nice and spacious

The room had two single beds. I would have preferred a double bed. But that was more expensive than the room I had.

There were not towels for two people every day and they were not always placed in the bathroom. The phone to the reception did not work. I had to go and ask for extra towels.
