We found that we have quite a strange vibe during our stay - the hostel volunteers were quite unwelcoming, and while they were friendly individually, it felt like we were intruding on their stay. There were also a few older men who made us feel quite uncomfortable, and while this normally wouldn’t be an issue in a mixed dorm, because the bunk beds are crammed so close together, with no privacy curtains, my friend and I felt quite uncomfortable, though this isn’t the hostel’s fault. As two female travellers however, I would maybe warn against staying in a mixed dorm here, as there seems to be quite a few men who stay here for possibly alternate reasons than seeing the city.

It is extremely noisy from the outside due to the central location and all the restaurants and bars. They do provide earplugs

The hotel has a separated reception section where you have to call a number to call someone if you arrive outside of certain hours, but they are fast at responding. As it is a hostel, the corridors can get a bit louder at times but they provide earplugs.

As the mattresses are covered in plastic it gets a bit sweaty at night. No place to sit if you have an upper bunk.

Very well located right in the middle of the Hague. Clean and nicely decorated, staff is very friendly and helpful.

No soundproofing from the bathroom or outside (located on a square with pubs and restaurants if you are a light sleeper). Tiny bathroom often flooded from other guests which made a big mess.

Very clean, good mattress to sleep on and very friendly staff. Compared to the other hostel options in Den Haag this is definitely the one to choose. A little more expensive but definitely worth it.

A little bit hard to find the place

The bed and bed sheets are comfortable nice spot within in the city! Personnel are so nice!! But I am hardly to find the place!! But otherwise everything is fine!! Highly recommend!

The mattresses were a little bit springy but not bad for the price and for one night.

Lovely, clean, and beautiful hostel. Well-equipped kitchen and excellent common room + terrace. There was also free luggage storage in lockers after my check-out time, which I really appreciated.
