The rooms got quite hot during the day. It got better with open windows, but this made the room a bit noisy

My room was very small and the rubbish and glasses were not cleared nor was the coffee pods replaced. There was no cutlery so had to use my medication to scoop up my breakfast

Not many stores around the area. The compact room was literally that there was no space for two adult friends as with one rucksack the room felt full. If staying longer it would have been claustrophobic. The bed was comfortable but the room even with the fan on was far too warm. As for power points some where moveable which I'm not sure was too safe. The lights around the bed never worked so it was the main light or bathroom light. The phone to call reception was an ornament had to use my own phone to call reception informed staff on the call and nothing was done about it. The mirrors or lack thereof in suitable places in the room and as an ex housekeeper not everywhere was wiped down. It was a different experience to the one in Risjwijk. Raspberry group take a raspberry... Congealed sweets in a jar not hygenically wrapped nor replenished during our stay.

I liked the transport links, and how easy it was to navigate around the area. The bed was comfortable. The coffee machine worked even when my friend fd up staff gave her a coffee

The room was too expensive -maybe because of the tulip season. The whole city was almost fully booked. The location was a bit far from the city center. Although we knew that when we made a reservation.

We liked the room and the beds there. It was big enough for three people and very peaceful.

It is a historical house, very interesting to explore. It is located in a diplomatic neighborhood. My personal reason for a visit was that I was applying for a visa. Very unique experience.

The hotel is in a safe neighborhood. The tram stop connecting to the city center is within a 5 minute walk. It has all the amenities you need. I would recommend staying here.

Breakfast could have been better, the coffee and the bread weren't great.

Nice and functional for a short stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Location was good, not too far from AH supermarket and lovely restaurants.

The beds were of a sub standard you move and the mattress went with you. Some of the staff were great some others not so polite, cleaning staff brilliant. Evening food value for money breakfast at over €17 per day a little over priced but with good small cafe’s close by not a problem.

The shower was good and the heating in the room spot on Beach was only a 45 min walk away good bus and tram links to the train station and shopping centre.

One downside was the limited parking. The hotel’s parking slots are few, and I had to park on the street, which costs €2.60 per hour till midnight. It’s not ideal if you're driving and staying for a longer period.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fairly average experience. The room was big enough and clean overall but I did notice a few dirt spots on the floor. The decoration was quite basic but comfy.

The location is very convenient and within walking distance of the Frederik Hendrik Laan with nice restaurants. Also very central to go to town or beach and easy access to public transport.
