Stairs to first floor were a bit steep, but this is also part of the charming part of the pension

Family old home turn into a pension, felt like a friend’s old house, staff super friendly, very nice room, super nice stay.

    No complaints.

Pension Corper is a very well run, friendly, family business. They were very welcoming upon arrival which was a lovely greeting after travelling. Every day the beds were made and if requested , fresh towels were supplied.Parking next to the house is available but is metered by the hour, so we parked for a whole week at Park Zuid near to the beach, is about 10 minutes walk. We really enjoyed our beach holiday and the proximity to Haarlem and Amsterdam is so easy.

The private bathroom was very tight, but for us manageable.

super friendly staff, German and English speaking. Cheap parking garage just a few minutes away. Shared kitchen outside of the room. Dog friendly (only 10 Euro per night). Cleaning and fresh towels every day. Close to the centrum and not far from the beach

The other guests banged the doors in the night, so I had a hard time sleeping. Some measures to reduce door noise would be appropriate

Friendly staff, cozy, nice, coffee machine in the room and free coffee capsules

Had a last minute change of plans which brought me to Haarlem and Pension Corper's reviews put it at the intersection of quality and price. It also had the benefit of being in Zandvoort which allowed me both a quieter evening and a morning dip in the sea before going about my day's business.

The walls are thin, so it could be a little noisy from the outside. The other guests and the owners were respectful though!

Lovely guesthouse in a calm neighborhood of Zandvoort, nice hosts. Our room was clean and cozy, with a comfortable bed and a little corner to make coffee/tea. There was a shared kitchen on the same floor and an outside patio. We would totally recommend!

We couldnt move in the room in upper floor, due is small, so that it is impossible for a couple to move, unless they get stuck with their heads on the slope of the roof. Even in bed, one of the couple will be in the corner right next to the ceiling that will be above him. Not worth the high price.

tiny bathroom, sink outside the bathroom, beds a bit too soft (for my back) but always bear in mind price-what you get. for this the offer is great as we had a 3 bed room.

great location close to everything, sweet house, friendly owner, a kitchen although not mentioned beforehand(!) kids stuff in the garden. extra babybed for zero costs

You need to get out of the private space to get to the bathroom. I missed that in the description. Further they did not tell me which bathroom I can use, so I accidentally used the bathroom of another person who was quite unhappy. So I would suggest a better communication about this.

The location is great, it's way cheaper than other hotels in the vicinity. There was a small kitchen available outside of the private space.

Nothing to dislike. The "narrow stairs" is a typical Dutch feature in vintage houses. Same goes for small bathrooms with an external wash basin. This is Holland, small, overcrowded, and cosy (I'm Dutch myself). Anyone wishing for more modern features has a choice of high rise concrete chain brand hotels for a much higher price. Personally I appreciate I can find somewhere unique for an affordable price.

I was given a much bigger room due to a long term stay in the one I had booked, for no extra expense. Great sturdy matrass and wonderful pillows (a rarity in any hotel). The decor was lovingly arranged with beautiful colours and materials. Daily offers of free towels and refills for coffee capsules and tea bags. Use of the small kitchen. Very quiet residential street. Jugendstil house lovingly cared for by the hosts who give full trust and freedom to their guests.

Small bathroom with external sink. However this is a minor complaint as the rest of the experience was amazing.

Owners were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very tidy and were also cleaned regularly for the duration of our stay. Small communal kitchen that is very useful if you're looking to cook some of your own meals.

A bit on the small side. Steep steps, so not for everyone. Tiny bathroom.

Compact room but comfortable bed. Good for solo traveler. Short walk to train and store.
