Essentially nothing. It was a beautiful and perfect stay.

The location is amazing, lost among the fields, with cows and chickens welcoming you in the morning! The farmhouse is beautifully converted to comfortable rooms, Bart (the owner) is a supper friendly Dutch, and the breakfast is just perfect. Not to mention a good coffee machine around the clock (we are a couple of coffee addicts). One thing to beware is that it IS quite isolated. If you have no car, you need either a bike, or a willingness to walk circa 30 minutes to the bus stop or circa an hour to Enschede. We were attending a conference at the university, and for us the morning and evening walks were an excellent way to relax and gather our thoughts. But if you are not of the walking/biking variety (Bart provides bikes!) and do not come with a car, this place is probably not for you.

Was a very good stay, advise is to start the day there and stay at the garden before it’s check in time because nothing to do after sunset

Great place to stay, very relaxing yet not too far from nearby cities. Took the bike for my work visit to the company, very relaxing. Comfortable bed, large rooms in an old renovated barn.

the bathroom had no separation from the bedroom , kind of downer to have the WC almost in the living room.

the place is in the countryside, chicken and cows roaming around, very picturesque. bed super comfy, the owner very more then helpful very welcoming . we were busy , but otherwise I would have taken on his offer to stroll around.

A washing machine or access to one would have been very helpful as would more tableware. 4 sets of bowls and plate made using he dishwasher a bit pointless.

Spent two weeks here, super quiet location. Excellent cycling and walking in the local area, we had a great family stay.

The location is truly enchanting, and if you are by car, you are in the city center in only a few minutes. You have your private little backyard and wake up in the middle of nature. Extremely peaceful and very beautiful.

You could hear the other guests a bit more than hoped for. Also, the bathroom could use a bit more light. But these are just details. The big picutre is just great!

Beautiful environment, right between Hengelo and Enschede. You want to book this place to get some peace of mind! The venue itself is great as well. Eye for detail.

Lovely peaceful location. Very nice breakfast with freshly squeezed blueberry juice from local berries! Coffee and tea available to make whenever you like. Bart is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are nicely decorated with a modern bathroom and the bed was very comfortable.

The bathroom and toilet are separated by a partial dividing wall with limited privacy.

A wonderful stay in a beautiful old building with so much character. For anyone wanting to appreciate Dutch hospitality in a beautiful rural location this bed and breakfast is highly recommended. Breakfast was excellent with great attention to detail and presentation.
