Our team was happy to assist with your room change — flexibility is part of our charm — and we’re glad that was a smooth process. We regret to hear that our pillows didn’t rise to the occasion (or rather, collapsed under it), and we’ll certainly pass that feedback along to our bedding team for review. As for the cleaning issues, that’s absolutely not the standard we aim for — we take these comments seriously and will investigate with housekeeping. Regarding the deposit: it’s a standard temporary hold and should be on its way back to your account — no hidden treasure hunt required. As for the rate, you're right that Easter is high season, and prices across the city do reflect that. We do our best to offer good value, but understand your expectations were higher — we’ll keep working on making the photos and experience line up more perfectly.
