The room seemed run down, especially the floor surface. It did not feel clean or luxurious.

Very nice view on the city center and Erasmus Bridge. Nice vibe and eclecic decor. Well located even if not in the city center.

under the bed was dirty, it looked like it was not hoovered for some time, and also bathroom wasn't that clean. Breakfast was kinda basic.

The view was amazing even in the night, specious room, staff was super friendly and helpful. Will return to location without any doubts.

The bed cover had a small blood stain that made me doubt the cleanliness of the room.

There was a lot of music noise from the bar. And after the bar was close they started to move furniture (to clean I guess) so eventually it was silence at 2am.

The restaurant menu was a little limited compared to the excellent breakfast food.

It was very modern with good size rooms, comfy bed. Overlooked the river and room was quiet. Excellent breakfast. Good location for waterbus.

There was nothing we didn’t like. Everything was good or better.

Staff on reception were helpful and on the ball. On the riverside our room had a great view and the massive expanse of windows and the elevation of the room both took advantage of the view. We liked the ‘see-through’ bathroom. The bed was comfortable, bedclothes ample and lights, air-con etc worked well. Breakfast was generous and good value for money. Our second stay and it won’t be our last.

Breakfast service our first day was average at best. Several tables didn’t have silverware laid out and some wasn’t being replenished. Our 2nd morning the breakfast experience was much better. It was like someone had turned a switch on and the overall experience was very good. Didn’t appreciate the additional fee for early check-in when the room was available after a long flight.

Great location for pre-cruise stay with easy access to the metro and walking distance to 2-3 great neighborhoods. Check-in staff and the young lady who checked us in was tremendous!

Staying in this hotel for the second time when I come to Rotterdam overnight. It’s a perfect place for business travelers as well. Clean spacious rooms, all set, comfy beds, and you must have a room with a skyline view for sure.

Room was not dirty but not as clean it should be for 4 stars i guess. We both didnt like the breakfast. For example the cheese was sweating like it was outside for a half day. The bacon looked like it has already changed color a little bit before getting roasted. There were these mini omletts with mushrooms. This did taste like there was something inside not good anymore, seriously. I'm sure there was a lot of good stuff too We didn't try everything. But also for the price of over 20 euro It must be better.

The hotel seemed a little dirty in places. Our shower drain didn't work and even after we made a comment to the staff, they didn't do anything. The bar in the hotel was always full so we could never visit it. Never got additional coffee pods in our room.

The location was superb, in one of the most architecturally beautiful buildings in the city. Plenty of underground parking options around. Metro and tram within seconds to walk to. Dogs allowed, at an extra cost - dog bed and toy included. The view from some rooms is to die for. Room was comfortable enough. Coffee and tea, soap, lotion. The breakfast was incredibly good and probably worth the price.
