Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

KuwaitI didn’t like the fact that one of the ladies at the check out refused to swap my 10s - 20s Euro bills to two 100 bills. I thought that wasn’t courteous. Other than that, nothing much to complain about.
Amazing location between Rai train station and Europaplein station. Going to Dam square is a two minute walk from the hotel to Europaplein then three metro stops. Rooms were fabulous yet a bit small. There are different themes for the rooms which was fun.

The breakfast and dinner were exceptional, with plenty of options even for a gluten-free guest like me. The views are simply stunning, and the beautiful park right next to the hotel made for a perfect morning run. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience — I’ll definitely be back!

PortugalIt was such a nice surprise. Looking at the photos we thought the hotel would be a little too much exuberant, which was not at all. The staff was very kind and helpful, namely Miss Lília, a super nice receptionist. She gave us all the tips to spend great days at Amsterdam, including how to move ourselves between the various places to be visited.

It's outside of the city but within easy reach: with an subway right in front of the hotel. Specatular views from the room and breakfast are (breakfast was superb). This is a modern, efficient, comforatble place to stay. They are well equipped to handle large crowds. It's definitely not boutique, but they convy a sense of uniquness that makes this place well worth the stay

Beautiful hotel on the metro 52 line. Love the headboards which match the hallway wall when you get off the elevator. Just in case you have too many in the lounge on the 17 floor. Beautiful view in the evening. Bartender with a sense of humor. Restaurant on the 24 floor provides an amazing breakfast buffet with vodka and champagne. Now that's my kind of brunch 😜. The view is breathtaking.

CroatiaExcellent location just outside the busy city center, with a metro station nearby and only about 10 minutes to the center. The staff was outstanding, and the room offered an amazing view, as did the breakfast area on the 17th floor. Great facilities, including a rooftop cocktail bar. The breakfast was the best we’ve had in any hotel. We’ll definitely be coming back!

GermanyEverything was perfect. The only thing that was not nice was the lady at the entrance of the bar. The way she received and looked at us it made us feel not welcomed at all, so we decided to leave at the end. We didn’t associate this incident with the hotel.
