Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Very nice place to stay! Beautiful and clean room. The beds are nice and the service is good. It is a self service hotel, but they send you all the information on forehand. They react very fast and are really friendly. We even got a very nice room upgrade! We will came back for sure! :)

HungaryThere was quite a bit of noise coming from the neighboring room, as someone appeared to be walking quite heavily. Additionally, the remote controls for the air conditioning and television were not available in the room.
The location was perfect, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth and convenient. Tea and coffee were thoughtfully provided in the room, and fresh, clean towels were always available.

NetherlandsIf I have to nitpick, I'd say the lack of an elevator limits the amount of luggage one can bring. But then again I only had a backpack. Another thing is that the shower switch was a bit stiff to turn. But I managed without breaking anything.
Charming room with a comfy bed, modern post-industrialization style of furnishing in a 1920s building, a unique blend of history and future. Location is superb, walking distance to Erasmus MC and cozy cafés. Very efficient personneel to help with making thr key card.

NetherlandsWe had to trek up 3 flights of very steep stairs as our room was on the top floor. As we are seniors in our 70's, we would have appreciated knowing that in advance so that we could request a different room. Also, perhaps a good supply of tea and coffee for morning/evening.

Turkey1 - Location is a bit out of center which you need to walk at least 15 minutes. 2- You need to check-in by your own from their computer which is a bit frusturating (Normally Staff has to do it) 3- No Breakfast included 4- Coffee machine in the room is terrible,even they give you capsule of coffee,machine never works 5- Room number 1 is totally visible from outside,don't book that room,you need to close curtains all the time. 6- Staff helps through telecom,voice is not clear enough to hear. 7- Shower knob was stuck a bit,very hard to turn backwards. 8- There is no sliding door for the shower cabinet,you have to put towel to the ground
