United KingdomHotel was 30 mins walk from Central Station. If you arrive with luggage, take a cab to the hotel. Without the luggage it's a lovely walk into the main area.
Our room was on the top floor, clean and comfortable. Complimentary snacks and water and drink on arrival. Staff were friendly, attentive and welcoming. Breakfast recommended. Located away from hustle of central Amsterdam.

Friendliness of staff; location; comforftable bed and spacious bathroom. There is a bus and tram stop 2 minujtes away, which mad it very convenient to travel around the city. The restaurant is very nice and they serve a nice breakfast. We also tried the bar one mnifht and liked it as well.

United KingdomWasn’t a problem for me but some narrow curved steps up to the rooms and the “cosy” room had the same leading up to the bedroom. So for elderly or less able, may be a problem. But they do have other bedrooms that are on one level.
The property was in a great location..super clean. Nice treats in the room and water , clean and the hotel has a fantastic restaurant and bar on site. But the best thing was the staff - ALL the staff from the hotel check in and out and the restaurant and bar were the best I have come across in hospitality. All of them polite, smiley, super attentive and hospitable, all the time. Every single one of them.

United StatesUnfortunately the floor of the shower is not sloped, so it holds water that creates a horrible stench. We kept spraying my husband’s cologne in it, hoping the alcohol would kill the bacteria causing the smell. It sort of worked, enough that we didn’t complain to the staff, so they never knew it bothered us. I imagine this has been a complaint from guests about this room in the past. It is our ONLY complaint about our stay, and i would be amiss if i did not mention it.
Everything, but ESPECIALLY the staff! They were so nice and helpful. This was my second time in Amsterdam, and they went above and beyond, even mailing a few items that i left in the room, making this trip better than my first!

AustraliaIt's a little way out of Amsterdam Central, about a 20-25 min walk. Once the works on the trams lines have been completed that will make getting there much easier. The rooms are really cute but storage can be a challenge depending on the room you have, and power points are hard to find! The room descriptions could do with a warning about suitability for solo or paired travelers because of space. I would have preferred a restaurant menu that didn't change between lunch and dinner so I could order what I wanted when I wanted it! Visitors are usually out exploring during the day so don't get to sample the lunch menu which looked delicious!
This was a very quirky boutique hotel. I loved the vibe of the place and the people who worked there. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. The food and wine is great. It's clearly very popular with locals so it's busy and friendly and has a lovely atmosphere.

Lovely, stylish hotel. We stayed in one of the 'Special One' rooms and it was great, spacious and comfortable. The bed was huge and so comfortable, we slept really well. The room had air con which was good because it was warm while we were there. There was a kettle and coffee maker. The staff are all lovely, really welcoming and helpful. The hotel is in a good area, on the edge of the Jordaan neighbourhood which is really pretty. Less than 30 mins walk from the station and the museum area. The stairs up to the top floor are pretty steep (as is the way in Amsterdam!) but the guy at reception carried our bags up for us and we got used to them. But if you had mobility issues you wouldn't want to stay on the top floor! The restaurant was beautifully decorated and did delicious breakfast. Would definitely recommend and would love to return one day!
