I do have some issues: - We were not allowed(!) outside in wet weather in case we fell over (Note: we are adults!!) - Breakfast finished too early. 10:00 on holiday is too early! - The gym was out of action, yes some equipment had been transferred to a side room, but not enough - Room service insisted on knocking on our door at 0800 to clean the room..... not appreciated!

We like this hotel and had visited before. I expect we will visit again in the future. Location is great.

Nothing it was a great hotel!

The hotel was set in wonderful location near a park and water and felt very peaceful. The parking was plentiful and spacious. The rooms were large and has everything you could need including a balcony if you were on the 1st or 2nd floor. The beds were super comfortable and they have actual air conditioning! I also liked the ease of using the TV to add your various apps to and the fact it was simple to remove your details. Also the internet was good and stable. The staff were friendly and informative. The restaurant was good for dinner and breakfast. The pool and sauna were good - note the sauna is electric so more of a dry heat but still enjoyable as you look out to the nature of the surroundings. The location is a short walk from a transport hub that will get you into the centre of the city.

The hotel facilities and room size are excellent. Since we did not have a car, it took us about 20 minutes to get to the hotel using the bus. We enjoyed sitting on the patio by the canal having breakfast and late night drink.

Sauna heat was a little colder on the first day but was warmed up the day after! If we can keep it 80c and above that would be amazing.

The gym was being renovated so we didn't get to use it.

Rooms were spotless and beds very comfy. We enjoyed the spa on both days of our stay. It was so relaxing looking out onto the river. Great view from our room out to the park. Although the menu in the restaurant was limited and slightly over what you would pay in town, the food we had was excellent. Also enjoyed spotting goats in the park opposite!

A minor issue - the door to the en-suite is an opaque glass swing door, so lacking some privacy.

Very nice setting, our room with a view over the lake, was large, very clean and very comfortable. Lots of on-site parking. Very friendly and helpful staff. We walked into Utrecht, it is a 30 minute walk to the centre but flat and a pleasant walk

The location is good, but some staff members need more training to be more professional. Also, the rooms are not very soundproof, you can be woken up by other guests closing their doors loudly. they don't have luggage service unless you catch the late night shift very friendly. sometime they will hangup the phone while you are talking.

Some of the staff were very professional and friendly, even offering to help with luggage surprisingly, a service they don’t typically provide for 4 star Hotel!!

Comfortable stay, but all facilities not available due to renovation work which we were informed of after our booking. We were also informed that car parking would have been free (13.5 euros) had we booked direct.

Being slightly out of the main centre, it felt slightly divorced from Utrecht - but that is as much a positive as it is a negative.

The out of town lakeside setting was fantastic, with every facility to make a stay very special. The staff were professional, helpful, and the whole team seemed to have a great pride in their business

Unfortunately the swimming pool & Sauna were closed for maintenance - but we were notified of this at booking, so we were aware of this.

Pleasant hotel with pleasant surroundings. Staff very helpful - always greeted with a smile. We were in a lake facing room. This was nice and quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed our drinks on the lake side bar terrace.
