Very beautiful room, very comfortable bed, great breakfast. The whole place is very nice.

It's a farm, so the chickens woke me up at 05:00h, but I continued to sleep well with my noise cancelling headphones.

This is like a modern Motel. It is in modern style. The old buildings of it are beautful - such is the location. The rooms were small, the bathroom very big.

The Lady at the reception was not very friendly.

It was too cozy, far from the city hustle but near to Maastricht centrum.

I was afraid that I may kill one of the chickens via my car :)))

Beautiful working farm full of animals and surrounded by beautiful nature. The rooms were comfortable, clean and well isolated for temperature and noise. The breakfast was complete, delicious and full of choices. Do taste the cherry jam and hard boiled eggs from the farm.

If you are a light sleeper, I advise going elsewhere as there are many roosters that sing from 5 am to evening. Other than that, no complaints.

Very good value for 52€ for a single room. Clean, good breakfast and friendly staff. If you know beforehand that you are surrounded by animals like chickens, and barking dogs. Then 52€ is a very good price. If you dont like the noise that animals create - then don’t book…. I liked it a lot for a good night sleep

Warm, comfortable, very friendly people on the farm, handy for cities. Excellent breakfast, buffet with lots of choice.

Sort out your satnav in advance, rush hour driving is stressful. Cats and cockerels need warnings for allergies. TV remote and coffee in room were not easy to get results. Curtains didn't quite cover up the morning sun coming in.

The quaintness and charm of a once working farm, in a beautiful setting. Newly decorated rooms in a converted barn. The room was spacious and well equipped. Just perfect for my one night stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly, going out of their way to assist. Chickens and peacocks roamed the beautiful courtyard garden with plenty of seating. The breakfast was substantial with a variety and the dining room was pleasant and cosy.

A little closer to Maastricht would have been even better, so I could walk. It is a 15 minute car journey.

I stayed in a single room in what looks like a new annex to the main building. The room was pretty spacious and clean. I especially liked the shower and the fact that there were a microwave, mini fridge, some dishes/cutlery, and hair dryer. There was an AC and fan but I could not get it to work (I thought it was too late at night to bother the owners). A mosquito net over the bed for people who like to have the windows open. Breakfast was in a large, modern room and was a very nice buffet with a lot of variety of good quality foods to choose from. For people who enjoy the countryside and active holidays, this is a nice setting for a good value.

I was a little worried about some negative reviews I read, mainly about the level of cleanliness and the noise of the roosters. I found the single apartment I stayed in (it was part of a newer building) to be very clean. Although there was a small dog and a sleepy cat in the breakfast area, it was completely clean and did not cause any problems. There are a lot of roosters all over the grounds....because it is the countryside and it is also a farm. So they were crowing pretty early. I sense that most people staying there tend to enjoy active holidays and wake up early anyways. The roosters were more entertaining to me than annoying. If you enjoy city trips and like to stay in hotels in the city then this is probably not the best place for you. People who enjoy the countryside and wake up early for active holidays will probably find this a good deal in a scenic region.
