Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. DenmarkI wish they would have a simple breakfast in addition to their comprehensive breakfast. A simple breakfast would be a cup of coffee/thee and a piece of bread with cheese or jam. The bed was too hot for the season. The cover should be lighter.
Quiet and still centrally placed with trams close by. Spacious room with a balcony. Parking free of charge.

The hotel is nicely located with one side on the lake . I think the decor / colours cld be updated and the light in the room cld be a bit brighter. We did like the beds and pillows which were very comfortable

Latvia- Overpriced breakfast with a limited food choice - Despite the non-smoking policy in the hotel, there were ashtrays on the balconies, and our neighbours smoked not only cigarettes - Bad ventilation (we have slept with the open balcony)

United KingdomEverything was great. The only comment I would make is that at Breakfast a lot of items were not replenished enough. Often items were not there while there were staff around who should have noticed. Everyone pays for breakfast and there should be enough items available for all and not just the first guests of the day. Quite bad on Sunday: a lot of items gone before 0830.
