Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe dark colored corridors were strange. And there wasn't a microwave whether in the room or a shared one that the guests could use. There was no hair conditioner and body lotion, which would've been appreciated, especially important during the colder months.
Convenient location from the Sloterdijk station. It was walking distance. Also near a North African/Turkish neighborhood with great options for restaurants.

PolandAC is pretty loud even on low and you cannot tilt or open a window at all.
Even it is not a city center the location is great. From Sloterdijk station you can take tram, train or metro and train takes around 5min to central stadion. Room was really clean and sunny. We heard nothing during nights so building is well isolated.

IndiaThe Wi-Fi was terrible in all ways. Not only did we barely have any network, it would keep losing signal if we moved around the room. For the short periods where it was connected, it was so slow we just decided to use our roaming pack instead.
The hotel is a short walk from Sloterdijk Station. Check in was smooth and the staff were great. We didn’t opt for the breakfast but you can go up to the restaurant to grab a cup of coffee for free and the coffee was good! Rooms were excellent and so was the housekeeping. They have a Spar supermarket close by. The hotel also has some basics that you can purchase such as drinks, ice creams, chocolates etc. There are a few nice restaurants around as well.
