Our stay was very pleasant. The staff was friendly and highly professional, and the hotel itself was quiet and comfortable. However, it was a bit difficult to find the hotel, as there was no sign with the name at the entrance, and we did not receive a room with a view. Aside from that, we were very satisfied with our experience

It was a very enjoyable stay here. The room was spacious and the environment is very beautiful as it is located at waterfront. The breakfast included was super good. The service team offered great and hearty service to us throughout the 4 mornings. A few great restaurants in 2 minutes made our dinner memorable. Recommend better check in before 5 pm , otherwise may be experienced a stressful check in like us. We arrived by 9 pm and pressed the bell at the hotel entrance. The service centre provided password for opening the key box just above the bell. We got the keys without problem. However the service centre gave the wrong indication to us when I asked where was 201. The agent asked us to check the map at the entrance. We then went all the way to search the map. 201 is a house and we didn’t realise it was wrong. Also need to tell the service centre your car plate in one go when getting the key card. Otherwise, you need to walk back to press the bell again. The signage is not clear. We were very lucky that there was a very kind hearted staff watching us putting the key card in the wrong entrance from her balcony while she was resting. She went down from the staff quarter during her off duty and guided us to the right entrance. Because of her going extra miles, it gave us a very warm beginning of our stay in the hotel.

Something that I appreciated less is the breakfast. I would appreciate fresh fruits and better stumbled eggs. It was not bad but it could be improved.

The hotel is nice, everything looked brand new and very clean. The location is great, the parking very convenient. The people were nice and helpful.

Slightly dodgy door locks and only being given one key card per room. No staff working on reception after 5pm.

A short bus ride from Amsterdam made it the perfect place to have as a base to explore other parts of Holland

After seeing all the nice pictures we were a bit disappointed when we had noticed that our window was overlooking the parking lot. We would have preferred a buffet breakfast but other than that everything was perfect and we would definitely return.

We loved the location and the room. It was very close to the centre and the whole area was beautiful and the room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good.

I remember our great time at the hotel. The only small problem we had was with the window that looked out onto a condo courtyard. It was next to other buildings, and it didn't lock properly. Anyone could have come in if they wanted. We noticed this when we got there at night and left the next day.

The staff was consistently pleasant, particularly the women at the front desk. They provided us with numerous valuable recommendations for exploring the city. Our room was spacious, comfortable, clean, well-lit, and featured a restful bed. The breakfast was both delicious and varied. I highly recommend this establishment due to its proximity to the seaport, which is just a 10-minute walk away.

The breakfast room was small so the customers had to take their breakfast at 3 shifts of 90 minutes. For breakfast you choose from a list and they bring your choices to the table. No limit to the quantity

A nice hotel situated in the picturesque village of Volendam. The reception closes at 17:00. We arrived after that hour and the staff patiently waited to give us the keys. The room smelled like it was newly built, it was large, it had many windows with nice view. Every day they prepared our room and changed towels. The amenities were ok. It was quite. The hotel is near the seafront side of the village with many options to eat and drink. All that 30 - 40 minutes away from Amsterdam with frequent public transportation with very polite drivers. And from the other side 10 minutes away from the picturesque Edam village.

One suggestion is to increase the breakfast menu options.

Excellent location, bus station and volendam marina are at walkable distances. And room was clean and comfy, and staff were friendly and good service.

A very charming place. is on the shore of the lake. A large and bright room. Very comfortable bed. In the vicinity there are restaurants, cafes and bars. Good breakfast, the place is highly recommended

All together staying and visiting Volendam was one of our best travel experiences as family. Unfortunately, as we are family of 4 and we were not placed in connected rooms that was not very practical for us. We didn't like to be separated in two rooms and sine our kids are 5 and 7...we were ofter switching from one room to another through the corridor. We got impression that there were connected rooms available when we asked for them but that the person who was in charge didn't want to make any changes. That was a big minus for us.

The room was very comfortable, quiet, clean, with a very nice view. We loved it.
