AC was not strong at all, constantly trying to aghast or so it was stronger but to no avail. Can’t complain too much as it cools down at night in summer and we spent alot of our time during the day out of the hotel. Windows open too which helps with the breeze and draft

Initially fairly hard to spot as it was within another hotel bar restaurant sort of thing maybe clearer signage

The suite room was mega , if you have enough time to make full use out the room definitely worth it

Our room wasn’t cleaned once while we were staying.Ropes/dressing gowns were missing and no new towels were given over the 4 days

Small dislike: The switches in the room are so complex and oddly laid out. We had a good 30 minute session doing nothing but trying to find the correct switch to turn the lights off. Turns out it was hidden behind coats that are hung up! Also took two nights until we got our dress robes for the bath tub.

Very nice plush Suites in a great location, think of scarfaces mansion in terms of luxury, ironically me and the girlfriend called it that only to look up and see a pic of scarface. Great staff, location is great with the best kebab house on the planet (Ince) just over the road. Great coffee nearby and Zaandam is a thing of beauty, local bike hire and a trip to Zaan Sachs (windmills) id highly recommend. The only negative would be the bed was two singles together and the noise Saturday night (it's very lively on the weekend). Apart from that great stay, great location and the coffee machine in the lobby was very good.

The bed was a little too soft for us.

The room was very clean, everything was explained very well. The lightning was very pleasing, having the option to dim different lights for comfort created a great atmosphere. Also being able to use chrome cast for movies or music. Very chill watching a movie from the jacuzzi. Restaurants ans cafe’s near by. Great walking around town and shop also.

The airconditioning unit from my room was not that cold and the water from the showers are preety cold and seem that the heater is not fucntioning.

The hotel is located nearby the attractions in Zaandam, added when I visited this September there is a carnaval/mini theme park nearby for a young at heart like myself. Overall, it’s modern design stylish rooms makes it to the cut.

Check-in was very complicated, more detailed instructions of where to go to check in (it's not the property address itself) would have been great. There is a very loud nightclub across the road, I was lucky to have brought earplugs but it did still disturb my sleep. I appreciate this isn't the fault of the hotel but some better sound isolation around the windows would have been great. Later check-out might help make up for the noise, but sadly they still wanted a fee for this.

It was a well designed room, very clean. Shower was plesant and the room was as expected. i didn't have breakfast and once check-in was over, everything was hassle free.

Room Aircond not working, shower faucet missing, the entrance to the hotel has a constant stream of waste water flowing through (should fix this)!

Room is spacious and modern. Bed is super comfy. Staffs are amazing! The complimentary breakfast is superb for solo travellers.

Maybe leave some travel info in the hotel about nearest trains or buses we paid alot in taxis and realised trains were alot cheaper and easier to use

The stairs up to the suites were steep and narrow. Breakfast was delicious but took some time and only started at 8am. best not to have if you will be in a hurry to leave.

Zaandam is so pretty! The walk from the station was beautiful and easy with my backpack. The room was comfortable and had everything needed.

Sadly our rooms weren’t cleaned during our stay, we don’t think we missed anything we were supposed to do? Also there was a bit of a lack of storage with only 2 hangers provided and no real drawers.

Room was lovely, very clean when we went in and the large tub was a nice touch.

Only negative was that it was noisy at night - can hear the nightclubs nearby. Recommend ear plugs.

There was a party right in front of the hotel. Super noisy until midnight. The soundproof didn’t work for sure. But this is what they can’t control.

The suites are situated above a bar/restaurant and the music was very loud and can be heard in the room that I was staying in. The wifi was also a little bit slow.

The rooms are clean and well-equipped and look exactly like in the photos and the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly! The Tv comes with chromecast and the bath has jacuzzi settings. Location is also good with lots of shops and bars/restaurants nearby and less than 30 minutes to amsterdam centre

Pillows we're huge and hard made sleeping a little difficult.

Location was very nice. Accommodation was perfect. Great choice of restaurants in the area and lots of great amenities.
