Though the price for the stay is quite high itself, you need to pay quite a lot extra, even tea/coffee is not inscluded, there is a coffiemachine downstairs, but one can't use it for free. Same with parking. No airconditioning, as the building is quite historical. We had a ventilator in our room, but it didn't want to collaborate with us, we had a room on the sunny side, so during summer it can be really hot there, and to open the windows during the night is also not an option - there is quite loud neighbourhood. Some hooks for the towels could make our stay also more convenient.

The location is perfect, close to all the events and historical part of the city, the building is old and luxury, room is as nice, as it is shown at the pictures, administrators are polite, everything is clean.

The bed in our room was just terrible and we could hardly fall asleep. The mattress is so much soft that you just dive into it and if you are a couple sleeping together the other person who is less weight just rolls over you. There was no single hook for towels in the bathroom.

Perfect location just in the city center. Very good breakfast, but maybe a bit overpriced.

The room was beautiful, with exposed rafters and a wonderful vista onto a binnentuin with hedges and the changing trees. The bathtub was a real bonus, something to savor at the end of the day! A coctail on the first afternoon, made by our host, was scrumptious, too!

We experienced a little noise from the street. Although the street is one of the quietest in Maastricht, our visit coincided with Freshers Week at the university, so there were some late-night students enjoying themselves!

A beautiful, tranquil and relaxing place to stay. Super friendly people and an excellent location, just a short walk from the Vrijthof and OLVPlein.

my room was at 3rd floor and there was no elevator. I had to carry my luggage during my check-in and out up/down for 3 set of stairs.
