Very small. No desk to work on (tiny shelve where the coffee machine lived, nothing else). Dodgy location with sketchy types haning around the streets. Would not recommend female travellers to walk the streets alone at night.

The room is very dark since it is furnished in dark colors. I would have liked a luggage rack to put my suitcase on. I had to place it on the floor which I don't like to do.

The breakfast was wonderful. It was close to a grocery store, so I was able to get a few items to eat instead of eating out all the time. The bathroom was a nice size. The staff was very helpful in helping us navigate the city.

We stayed at the 4th floor, it was incredibly hot in the room, the air conditioning was not working properly. Set on 19 degrees celsius, but the room temperature didn't went below 29 degrees!

The shower has good presure.

One room wasn’t big enough to use,so two had to share a room,we spoke to reception staff & we chose to hand back the key to the room. We were advised they could have refunded us,had it been a direct booking with them,but because it was booked with Booking.com there was nothing they could do,and we could bring it their attention.

It was very clean & comfortable beds & lovely shower & great breakfast & very nice staff.

I loved the design and location. It was a 10 minute walk from Rotterdam central and a 20 minute walk from the city centre.

Very thin walls you could hear other people from upstairs and next door speak and walk around in their room. Gets very loud at times.

For a 4-stars hotel I would expect to have some toiletries like body cream.

Well connected with public transportation. They provide a parking slot if you need. They have complimentary coffee and tea.

Noise through the floor/ ceiling was horrendous. Every footstep in the room above was like a loud thud. Constantly woken up by people arriving to their room in the early hours of the morning. I suspect all floors, except top floor, have the same issue. Zero sound deadening in the floors

- Toilet with the sliding doors that do not close. Other people can see through the sides. Do travel only with people around whom you are comfortable. - Room in another building, further away from the reception. - Our cards to access the building and room stopped working on day 1 evening. It is likely that the staff member accidentally enabled the cards only for one day. We needed to get back to the reception late in the evening when we returned from the city in order to extent functionality of the cards for the next days. - Sofa bed is a bit outdated and not very comfortable.

We asked two separate bed but, we got the double bed. What annoyed us was the parking which was included in our booking but when we arrived there was no availability and we had to pay it ourselves. Second, the staff initially gave us the wrong direction to the second location of the hotel. When we called, we had to return back to the hotel because they could not guide us from where we were.

The location was just perfect. The rooms are well set and very comfy.

When we arrived, we had to wait 5 minutes in front of the registration desk without being considered (no eye contact and greeting) by two staff busy on their computers. No welcome or so! Found it unprofessional! Other days, there were some other stuff members, and they were nice. The door wasn't isolated well for the sound, and from time to time, there was sound coming from the corridor.

The room was very small. My partner was on crutches and we were made to walk down to the sister hotel rather than being placed in the main building.
