I had a lovely experience only thing I faced was one of the towels (all super clean) was ripped in a few places.

We had a lovely stay and it was a very calm and well maintained property next to nature.

during my stay the routing to the hotel was not as normal but nobody provided extra info about this , this made reaching the hotel a nightmare.

Maybe we were unlucky, but we went there to eat with the family for an anniversary. The menu is very promising. The experience though was a bit disappointing: the room was cold, we waited a lot between the courses, we could only choose between one white wine and two red wines (no wine card?). Even if my husband told at the reservation that I don’t eat meat, we only got meat appetizers and it was not possible to have s fish course without ham. Again, maybe we were just unlucky…We will give it another try in the summer, with the good weather and the terrace.

There was noting to dislike

The hotel is in a beuatiful location and is very peaceful. My room was very comfortable and very quiet. It had all the facilities I needed. Breakfast was very good, as was the dinner we had on our first night (we ate out on 2 nights). The staff were welcoming and very helpful.

-Some wall plugs doesn’t have electricity -Was expecting a very quite evening, but there was some noise from the wall behind with a frequency of every 10-15 minutes. Sounds like mechanical noise with a changing rhythm. I couldn’t sleep well.

Some elements are a bit outdated (example carpet is really used). For me no problem but only one menu.

Value for Money - quite place - in the middle of nature. Looks you have a lot of possibilities in neighberhood. Staff was friendly.

We paid extra money to stay 2 hours more.but at 10 o’clock one of the person oped our room without any permission or knocking the door.it shows there is no good management

it’s a perfect place in a perfect location just outside the city of Heerlen. Stayed there before and will probably stay there again.

Our room called "junior", entrance is from internal yard. There was a party (like corporate event or something) in that evening in the hotel` restaurant. If you stay in that room it is really close to you and you can hear everything very-very well. I was told the party is till 22.00 or 22.30 at maximum. Indeed 22.30 the music was off. But later in the night I started hearing noise again - like I couldn't get asleep. The situation is following - there was a fireplace (like barrel with fire) in the internal yard. Some folks continued gathering/chatting/laughing there after the party. It is OK. Despite the fact it is 3-4 meters from my room` door. I had to have a quite extensive quarrel with those guys to finally get silence somewhere around 01:30 am. FYI reception is closed at that time. The next morning the hotel administrator brought apologies and offered a free breakfast as an excuse. It is definitely doesn't overweight overall bad experience, but at least something I must admit. Input for potential clients - I guess you can have a good experience there (like peaceful rural place etc), but really check if there is an event there (especially if you stay in "junior" room) - it can be a bummer. Input for the hotel - you must notify your clients about such circumstances when you sell the room. What obvious for old proprietress from Italian village ("you might want cancel, there is a wedding in our village that day") not obvious to professionals. Disappointing.

Nice peaceful rural place. Walking to the summit of Wilhelminaberg is a must - really breathtaking views. Hotel itself - nice historical building. Nice restaurant. Room "junior" itself is quite good spacey room with seems-to-be-recent renovation.

nothing to dislike, would suggest to properly upgrade the playground a bit so that child can enjoy even more. the swing is broken during the time we are visit.
