The atmosphere is a bit uptight, Vaals is loud and boring. The countryside in the other hand is fantastic. If you're going to Vaals, this hotel is a good choice.

The wellness is super chill. The room is spacious, as is the bathroom which contains all you need. A bathrobe would have taken it to a next level, slippers also, but they lacked.

We were attending the Spa-Francorchamps Grand Prix and the drive is quite long with traffic. Perhaps a "box breakfast" to go could be possible on race day.

Wonderful spa and pool, excellent breakfast available at 7a, spacious and well-appointed rooms, pleasant staff, and gorgeous gardens. Really a wonderful place.

the lift was broken when we arrived (my mother is a wheelchair user), it was not very convenient. however, the staff was very helpful.

loved everything at this hotel, the room was clean and comfortable, the facilities (swimming pool, gym, sauna, steam room, etc.) were amazing, really like the breakfast too, everything was nearly perfect.

The 2 single beds with separate mattress toppers … kept sliding off the bed which wasn’t always comfortable.

Loved the treatos for my fur baby as well as the ground floor location of the room. Really close to main attractions and lots of restaurants shops within walking distance. Loved the feel of being in an old, grand castle

The room was very spacious, well appointed, beautiful bathroom with a tub. Nice large windows for a great view. The bar is cosy and dinner was fabulous! Would definitely return.

the Sunday breakfast was open for locals/external visitors. Too busy and people witha. different mindset. Group in trainings, while we were looking for a romantic breakfast luxurious.

the building looks like a real palace. Breakfast was very good. Some additional (egg varieties) served at the table. Bathroom modern clean and spacey.

only a comment for the restaurant: Before you charge the bill to the room is better to present to the customer the list to check is everythig is ok and ask if we want to charge it to the room or pay it apart. This will avoid misunderstandings .

The feeling of beiing in a castle is great. Our room was so beutiful and confortable with a nice view .

For such pricey hotel it makes sense to have some sort of facilities like gym/sauna.

The pillows were too high and were hard to sleep on. The choice of non-alcoholic beverages like mocktails/cava was very limited and relatively expensive. 6.5 euro for a half liter of sparkling water is preposterous - we only noticed this on the bill that we received after payment (?). The food at the restaurant was good but not exceptional.

Beautiful castle, with very spacious, well equipped room and very nice bathroom. Very clean.

Everything! It was amazing hotel! Best breakfast I’ve seen for a long time. Most of 5 star hotels have worthier breakfast. Very beautiful place and hotel in general! I will come back again!

We liked the king size bed, but it only had two pillows. Too few for such a big bed, but moreover, the pillows were very thick and uncomfortable to sleep on. I know pillows are very much a personal preference, but the hotel could consider providing a set of pillows of different size. (and a few extra scatter cushions would also look great on the king size bed.

Being an historic building the hotel had a lot of atmosphere and grandeur. We had a room in the old main building, which were very spacious, with high ceilings and beautiful high windows, fully opening. Beautiful garden and surrounds. Excellent breakfast.

There was a very big and noisy party going on when we had dinner in the restaurant. Not matching the high class level the hotel is clearly targeting.
